I faithfully went here for years. The quality depends on who does your nails. The price is pretty cheap. Last time I went the other customers were extremely rude arguing with me. The owners allowed this to happen even though I was a regular customer who tips very well. That was the last time I was there. I left with out getting my nails done and will never go back. I now go to US Nails. It is a little more expensive but the atmosphere is much more professional and the quality of my nails is better. read more

ATTENTION LONG NAIL LOVERS: I have been coming to this nail salon for 7 years and even though my job has me traveling all over the country and overseas, I have never found a place to get my nails done that I have liked better. It's a family-run business and they are always very friendly, but they also know how to deal with long acrylics like mine that I keep between 1-2 inches in length. A lot of nail salons can't handle doing nails this length or if they do, they take forever doing it or do a poor job. Not here! I am in and out of there in 45 minutes for a fill-in, including nail polish, which is excellent considering I was recently at a salon in CA that took over 2 hrs and my nails were lifting within a week. I can go almost 3 weeks without a fill at LA Nails because they know how to maintain them and fill them properly. I'm about to move to the San Francisco bay area and am very sad that I can't bring my favorite nail salon with me. I will not only miss their talents, but they are such very nice people. If my travels bring me back to Flint, you can bet I will be sure to have them do my nails again. Their pedicures are the bomb, by the way, and their prices are great! read more

If I could I would leave 0 stars; from the long wait to the fact that they did not have any single nude color for acrylic, I asked multiple times to match my toes and he kept trying to put bright pink and oranges on my nails to then put a dark deep red and when I asked to remove it saying that he didn't have the color I was asking. the nails are bumpy, unfinished and my fingers red, he did not clean them or finished them. I got charged 70$ for this mess. I do not like the color and I hate the fact that they are not smooth and that you can see the different layers of acrylic he put. there are a couple pros and cons to this place. the man who did my nails took his time and did a pretty good job. the nails were also very cheap-$19 for a "short" full set. the cons include the very old and limited color polish, the fact that he put the acrylic liquid back in the bottle after using it for my set (yuck). this place requires payment before providing service, which is fine, except they charge three different prices for a full set depending on length. So, before touching my nails, he asked "short, medium or long?" I said short, not knowing if he and i had the same idea of short. he cut the tips without my say and they ended up being the length i wanted, even a little longer. all in all, the nails came out nice but reusing acrylic liquid turned me off. read more

They tried to charge me $36 for a fill, I can get a full set anywhere else for that price and when I asked why she said bc it's shellac and I told her I wanted regular acrylic with regular nail polish and she told me they don't do that service when they have several signs in there saying that they do and their fill is only $13 and when I called on the phone that morning she stated the same exact thing otherwise I would not have went there and waited an hour waiting for them to finish two people in front of me for them to tell me my fill would be $36 and they couldn't even do the design I wanted would never recommend someone going there read more
