    I never want to leave bad reviews unless my experience was actually horrendous. This is the worst…read morenail salon I have ever been too. I told the guy that I didn't like the color he was doing & he told me to wait bc he was going to put more coats (I asked for dip). When he was done I hated it, so I politely asked him if he could just paint over it pink with gel. Since, I didn't have the time for him to take the dip off and redo it. I had been in his chair for almost 2 hours at this point. I had an appt & he still took someone else in between doing my nails. After he filed my nails, he did someone else's manicure. So I was just sitting there for 30 min. He had a fit when I asked him to paint over the dip color. My nails still looked horrible and once he was done, he stormed away. When I went to the register to pay, I asked to speak to the manager bc I got charged for the dip powder and the gel he put on. I explained the situation & all he had to say was I should've spoke up about not liking my nails earlier. I did and once I told him that, a lady that was sitting next to me told him I did tell the guy but he told me to wait. The manager didn't have anything to say back & said there was nothing he could do. I was so flustered and annoyed. I never speak up at the nail salon & these people made a scene. It was so awkward. The guy who did my nails was so rude. He stormed off as soon as he was done and left everyone else to handle the situation. Long story short, I ended up paying the full price (dip + gel up charge) and just noted that I'll never be back. Please think twice about coming here! They are so rude and do horrible work. It took forever for another nail salon to get the crap off my nails that they put on.

My hands and nails were shinier when I arrived. Now my nails are uneven, rough and dull. No concession offered or anything. Maybe they are better with their locals and regulars but if you are traveling - seek other recommendations. $75 mistake (services + tip since I believe in paying ppl for their time).

    I called for a same day appointment. My first mistake. They did not tell me that I would be the…read moresecond ever client of a newly licensed stylist. I tried to make it work out, but had I know previously she was a greenhorn, I would have declined. I have very thick, voluminous hair. I need an experienced stylist. I ended up with my hair off by 2 inches from the left to right and just not textured correctly. I called back after 3 days to get it fixed, but the owner went out of town on vacation, so I had to wait 2 weeks for her return. I was patient and played a lot of phone tag during that time and eventually just came in to have someone put their eyes on my hair. That stylist that looked me over agreed it was really off and tried to quickly even me out while I waited for the owner to return. When the owner returned, I was able to go in for her to "fix" it, but it was still a problem afterwards. I called back on a Friday to address the unevenness and to convey my stress in this situation. I was asked to call back on Monday to let them know if I wanted another stylist to fix it. I called back on Thursday and they decided they didn't want to help me anymore. My 12hr/day job is very stressful and I couldn't call on Monday. Tonya told me that because I didn't call on Monday; they wouldn't be helping me anymore. I didn't sign a contract to call on Monday. I didn't know customer service had an expiration date. Tonya stated that never in 15 years have they ever had a complaint, acting like I was out of line. She gave me the option of a refund or to be done with it all. But she acted like I was in the wrong. So I went to another salon to have my hair fixed and these are the before pictures of my 4th hair cut in 2 months. My hair does not grow in weird spurts in that short of a time. They most certainly messed it up. I went back to the original salon with these pictures and they were unwilling to even look at or understand that they actually did mess up. They threatened to call the cops on me for simply asking for an email address to contact the owner on. I was calm and discrete. Tonya came over looking for a fight and another stylist came over and threaten to call the police on me. This is highly unprofessional and ridiculous. They don't keep client records to know what specifications a client needs. They want to blame the client for a bad hair cut. They want to threaten legal action when you have a legitimate complaint about their services. If you have really thick hair, don't go here. They will not take the time to make your cut right. I have dealt with stylist getting overwhelmed with my hair my whole life: if you can't take the time to do it right; do even dare start. I have lost so much length due to this experience. This is the very reason I avoid getting my hair done. You have done a disservice to me and the entire profession.
