I ordered the Elote with Hot Cheetos and an açaí bowl, and both were absolutely incredible. The flavors were on point, fresh, and super satisfying. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the customer service. The staff was so friendly and welcoming -- they even let us taste the ice cream (which was amazing, by the way). Very friendly staff & a huge amount of choices. of both dairy & non dairy based frozen treats, as well as non dessert items, to choose from. So far we've tried the watermelon Popsicle, Oreo ice cream bar, pecan ice cream bar, & Abuela's ice cream bar, which is Mexican hot chocolate (creamy hot chocolate w/a dash of cinnamon). All of which were really good, the watermelon being my favorite so far. I look forward to another visit in order to try the avocado ice cream bar. My boyfriend loves their horchata and oreo paleta, while my favorites are the passion fruit agua fresca and mangonada. My mom had asked another employee if she was able to get a popsicle and told her the flavor. Maria (the employee) ignored her as she had reappeared herself 3 times. I understand if there was a language barrier, she could have said she didn't speak Spanish but then Jordy was trying to get the popsicle and she made him wait until she was done restocking.
