I know for a fact whoever cooked it had absolutely no idea what they were doing. We threw everything away in the trash. I should have asked for my money back. Aside from the noodles, we also ordered two orange iced teas which we ended up tossing out as well... another 20 bucks in the garbage. I'm glad I didn't order anything else from this authentic thai food truck. Everything was so bad I was compelled to write this review immediately after we left. I've had bad thai food many times before but this was by far the worst ever. The food we ordered was NOT edible! I am now questioning everything else in that truck. Something is definitely off and I don't know why I have a feeling they would not pass inspection if they had a surprise visit from the inspector. We had our food passed to us through a dirty mesh screen which should have been another red flag. They advertised authentic thai food but also sold tacos as well. Strange.
