Only 3 machines, so six flavors of yogurt. There wasn't a swirl option, but that's easy to fix when making your yogurt creation. The same goes for the toppings, but there is still enough variety to satisfy your cravings. For example, I didn't have chocolate chips, my favorite topping, but they had mini M&M's, which served the same purpose. Because there are only 3 machines, it's easy for one person with a couple of kids and a stroller to take up space in front of them, so patience might be required. The pricing seemed a little better than some other frozen yogert shops, but that could also be because we didn't get very large yougerts. The guy working there was very nice and helpful. Since frozen yogurt is our sweet tooth splurge while shopping, I know we'll be here a lot.

This is an updated review from the first visit. Not sure if the concept of this location is meant…read moreto be an "express" version of the one I use to visit in La Mirada, but the energy here is not very high. It's as if the vibrant, energetic "Fresh Bread" I use to go to is gone. The warmth of the employees are gone too. When this place first open, the staff was pleasant, smiling, welcoming, but so far, the last 3 trips that I stop by (which I do every other week), shows that something is up. Is it the training? Is it the staff? I'm not sure. Being that this business HQ is located in Brea, I would expect this place to be the forefront of best quality items, and best service. To test new strategies, to implement improvements. But it's just not the same. I visit the other local bakeries in this city, and the vibe is just better in other places. Bread size also has been downsized by 1/3 to a half of what it use to be. I want this place, and all 85 degrees to succeed. I'm from Taiwan, I want to support businesses from where I'm from. I'm also a resident of Brea, so for sure I want this place to do well. The signature Coffee drink is a hit or miss at times, which should never be the case. It's literally in the name of this place, 85 degrees, for that ideal temperature for their salted coffees. Please, Katherine L., Business manager for this location, if you seriously want to turn it around, it's not too late.

Anyway, selection was pretty low on mostly everything, maybe they had a rush earlier? MThere was a very young person staffing the register, maybe a young teenager like 14 or so? She was very helpful even though she didn't know the answer to any of my questions but was game to go to the back and ask the invisible worker in the back room for the answers. I saw a big coffee urn in the corner with a cinnamon tea sign on it and asked if it has sugar in it. She didn't know. But she found out! I asked how much it was. She didn't know. But she found out! Unfortunately she also found out it was cold bc the urn has been unplugged. I touched the urn to gauge how cold the tea was but discovered it was mostly empty anyway. Got any cream cheese pastries? She didn't know. But she found out! (The answer is no.) I bought a couple pastries just bc the kid was so nice and helpful (my arm is in a sling and she even offered to help get the pastries for me.) One of the pastries was chilled in the fridge and felt really light, a bad sign that it's going to be dry. I bought it anyway. Panaderias are usually super cheap and I was surprised that my two pastries totaled $5. Yes I know $5 is nothing in most bakeries but there is a Northgate Market right next door and they have pan dulces for way under $1 each. IDK how this place stays in business. Prospects aren't good for finding what you want in this small bakery and it's too expensive for the quality but the service is really helpful so I'm giving it three stars. Considering the complaints about service in the other reviews, I probably won't return.

Right after we visited salt room, i took my daughters and visited for lunch pick up. Unfortunately everything was ruined when the employee girl assisted with my order. Not sure if she was having a bad day , but from the start she had this bad attitude and energy towards me. I told her i wanted 3 empanadas and order acai bowls and her vibe was very negative with unpleasant tone. I could tell right away she didnt want to work and didnt want to help me. I gave her 3 orders of empanadas and asked her to give me 2 medium acai bowls. Gave her clear instructions what to have for 1st bowl and 2nd bowl, which she did but seemed frustrated? It was our first time here and i was asking her few questions and she was clearly annoyed also. Once we got to the step to put some different syrup drizzle for both cups, she mixed it up and made a mistake. I clarified again i wanted honey drizzle on mango and almond butter on acai, and she asked me with a attitude "so you dont want these bowls?" It almost felt like i wasted her time and work! Her attitude was the worst ive seen this year at any restaurant. I said yes because my girls dont eat peanut butter and we just want the right order, i wasnt upset rather confused. Once I asked her to remake the right order, her face turned dark and she was clearly upset. At the end she brought the cups, did not even apologize, gave me all the attitude, and gave me the bags and did not say anything... no thank you for coming, NO sorry there was a mistake, nothing. I felt really bad for the owner of this place because store seems to be new and running well but has a cancer in their store. The restaurant can have best price, best quality, best presentation but if you have horrible customer service oriented staff, they will run out of business. As a small business owner myself, I hope the owner(s) read this message Please retrain your staff and if they cannot embrace basic customer service skills, they shouldn't be working for you They will drive your store to ZERO In case if the owners are curious, the girl who assisted us had tattoos in her both arms. I didnt see any name tags, she had dark skin, maybe Asian, but had tattoos on her arms. Unfortunately this will be the first and last time coming. I hope all customers are ready to have unpleasant experience with the staff.
