Their attitude made us feel unwelcome from the moment we sat down, and it was clear they had no interest in providing even basic courtesy. It's a shame, because the food deserves recognition, but the hostile and unprofessional service makes it hard to recommend this place to anyone. Until management addresses how their staff treats customers, I would advise looking elsewhere--you'll find plenty of good pizza in the city without the side of hostility. The pizza is thin crust, extremely authentic Italian style, and comes with a variety of Austrian ingredients such a sausage from lower Austria or prosciutto crudo from burgenland. A true thin pizza, it was more of a knife and fork affair, though as an american I tried to pick it up and eat it for a while, but it lacked the structure for that. What it missed in stability though it more than made up for in taste. There are a lot of reservations here for later in the evening and it's a medium sized place, but if you come earlier they have no problem letting you sit wherever you like, though you will be reminded repeatedly of how much time you have left before you have to go if you run up against the reservation time. It's a bit pricy for pizza, but definitely worth it.
