Pizza wasn't bad to be in Vienna instead Italy.. the dough was little dry but what I didn't like what the service. I asked for a cup of water and they gave me a dirty cup with an eaten olive inside the cup.. I didn't notice and I drank it and realized after that the cup was dirty. Then the time of the payment we were forced to pay cash only instead credit card.. they didn't disclose before hand about the machine being broker.. what if I didn't have cash on me? Came to this restaurant with a party of 9 and 6 kids. The staff were incredibly nice and the food was so delicious. Their pizza was incredibly delicious. Definitely recommend. read more

We loved the food ! We ordered the Penne Nobile & Scampi both with creamy sauce. Had specifically requested spicy on the Nobile and it was absolutely delicious. In addition we had 3 pizzas, were surprised by the size expecting them to be standard personal size small pizzas but they were more than adequate for us. What was amazing about the pizzas was how thin the crust was. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, this was just what we needed ! Would love to come and try some of the other dishes. Nice casual Italian & pizza restaurant. Americans, Austria has seriously good pizza due to its proximity to Italy. This place has multiple versions. The wife had a prosciutto and basil while I had the Diablo. Each is enough for 2, but I was hungry. Diablo went down and then I handled Mr. Prosciutto. Service is efficient. Walked right in 8:30 on a Wednesday night. The Dinning area is below street level and the stairs while serviceable should see some respect especially if wet. Seated in a mostly empty cafe - however pizza orders went out regularly. Chianti is good, wine list is limited. Paper napkins if your tracking such things. Flower merchant comes in with super fresh Roses almost on a clock - so be aware you may be buying some.. It's quaint and the kitchen sings to Music playing on the radio (Italian songs) the other EuroPop they let pass. Ordered bread, was good and came quick (garlic of course) Peccarino Salad was good, fresh ingredients cheese was mild Spaghetti w Clams was good, little heavy on olive oil but tasted. Some small clam shell pieces - but not a biggy. Pasta dish was filling, Chianti was a good pairing. Tirimasu was dry. Credit card reader did not work and I had to use back up cash - not cool.. Possibly one of the best pizzas I have eaten...They are huge and very tasty, with a perfect base! Good price, friendly service and excellent food! Make sure you make a reservation, especially on a lunch time because it gets very busy. read more

This was close to where we stayed, so we ordered pizza for take out. They had it ready in 5 minutes and it was reasonably priced. We went around 18:30 when they reopened for dinner. The pizza is thin, but is decent. You may want to be sure it's cut all the way through if you are using take out service as we didn't have cutlery on hand. read more

Fantastic Italian food! We primarily ordered the pasta and pizza dishes which are very reasonably priced. Both the pizzas and pastas were decent portion sized (good for 1-2 ppl). In general, the food is fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Our waiter Luigi from Sicily was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes real authentic Italian food. Wow! Great Italian food in the heart of Vienna. Found this place by chance after roaming the city after a concert and absolutely loved the gnocchi and the panacotta dessert. Customer service was great as well:) Hopefully will be back during my current stay! read more

Excellent garlic bread, spaghetti with meat sauce was delicious and the gnocchi tasty too. Wine recommendation was on point !

Both the toppings and the thin crusts on the two pizzas we had were above average. The glasses of house wines were ordinary - a notch below what we'd had elsewhere in Vienna. We dined indoors and things were a bit hectic, with the waitstaff scurrying around, brushing by the table every minute or two, but they were attentive. Read several reviews before walking from the Marriott the few blocks to the restaurant. I can only add to all the positive reviews. Prices are moderate. Food quality and presentation were excellent. Extensive menu choices, my wife and I chose pasta dishes. Perfect al dente preparation! Waiter took our order orally and got all correct. We ate here after a long tour of the house of music, because it was snowing and we were seeking refuge. If you are visiting Vienna I recommend that you not not waste a mealtime at this place. The pizza was fine... too soggy for my taste but I think that's the style they were going for. The lasagna was meeeeeeh. Flavorless with no character and a bland sauce- basically a big hunk of cheese. But the service was the real bummer. Dude insisted on not writing anything down, which meant... He forgot stuff. He was short tempered & tried to upsell us at every turn, rather than actually listening to what we wanted. In sum- this place is fine, but I wouldn't waste one of my few mealtimes in Vienna here. my daughter's favorite restaurant ever! we came here for her birthday dinner, she had been a few years ago with friends. we had a lovely, delicioso dinner, I had the chicken in gorgonzola sauce, my son had pizza and the birthday girl had some incredible pesto pasta she remembered from last time here. they spoiled my girl with a firework in her cake (which added 11 euro or so to the meal but whatever) and brought us free grapa. we left happy and drunk, just as it should be! read more
