I would like to award this pizzaria all the stars in the milky way!
First, sitting outside in this fine spring weather is a bliss. The ambiance inside is great, but sitting outside and enjoying a warm spring evening is just the best.
The pizzas are baked in a rustic wood fire oven that gives it the perfect crust. A bit crunchy, but chewy, thin and full of flavor. The toppings are creative and harmonic. The size is decent! We chose the Estevia which had a huge Burrata cheese with arugula, pine nuts and fresh tomatoes. It was so extremely good. Unbelievably!
The staff is great and very attentive. I will be back soon for sure. I need to try their bestseller: Figs, goat cheese and honey. It already sounds like heaven.
