Nice and hot cheese and the perfect amount to hold you until you got your food. Great selection of beer and ice cold !! Yuengling on draft 4.00 a pint. We just did appetizers for lunch this time. My son got the Clover. Sliders, Mac and cheese bites, mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders. All done well and all very good !! Came with your standard dipping sauces of ranch marinara and bbq. I got the eggroll flight. It was one bbq pork one prime rib and one corned beef roll. These were a bit too greasy for me. But had a pretty good taste over all. The winner was my husbands slider app. Six delicious burgers on a bed of fries with all the fixings on the side, lettuce, tomato, red onion and lots of pickle chips !! This was enough for a meal for the two of us ! Service was great too. We will be back to try more things !!

We drove by during and "off" time and saw the place had few diners, so decided to stop in. Hostess was friendly, service was quick from the wait staff, and the place was spotless. My "waiting for dinner beer" was ice cold, and that was a good start. The complimentary chips and queso was OUTSTANDING. I wanted two more bowls. I ordered a Reuben, my wife the Cuban. One of us got delicious fries, the other a Caesar salad. The Reuben was fine, though a little dry in spots. I'd imagine that's not ordered that often, so I always give a bit of dryness a pass. It was, however, stacked high. My wife said the Cuban was good as well. Prices were a bit high, but acceptable. I can see why this restaurant is popular, and I think it's SOOO close to being 5-star place in Morris.

The cantaloupe salad was nothing what we expected but so much more. Joe wasn't as hungry so he ordered the sweet crispy spare ribs and the beef tallow fries. I got the bone in corn meal crusted pork chop with a wonderfully fresh sautéed corn maque choux. Save room for the peach shortcake if it's on the menu. The Farmer's Breakfast was really good hearty, fresh, and exactly what you want to start your day. But the real star of the table was the shaved Brussels sprout Caesar bruschetta. When the order summary came through to email, my first name was listed as both my first name and last name on the Shipping Information, so I called the store expecting to hear that "it is what it is." Nope. The guy who answered said he could see the order and would set everything straight before shipping. Twenty minutes later, I got a shipping notification, and by the end of the week, I had the hoody in-hand. Seamless transaction. So I start looking for the Yelp entry to leave this feedback and found out this place also offers haircuts and beer. What a concept!!! I am a little bit jealous of men who live in Morris, IL, now. If I was anywhere near Morris, I think this little place would be a regular Field Day for me. Props on your business, and how you run it. Five stars. Easy. Oh. An the piece I was looking for happened to be 60-70% off list, which for a Patgonia I think is a HUGE win.

The table side of the restaurant only had one table filled and the bar was about half full. Despite the fact that they weren't busy at the time we had to flag down a staff member to take our order for both food and drinks. Our food arrived with no plates to share our appetizers or silverware. Again, had to flag someone down. Then we sat for a while with our empty plates in front of us and empty drinks. When my date tried to ask the server near us if we could have a refill she FLAT ignored us. He gently asked 3 times before finally slightly raising his voice. Her snotty response confirmed that she was indeed ignoring us. She did make our drinks but after she made them left them on the bar mat and walked away without a word. Shortly thereafter we asked the same woman for out tab who announced, "she'd get to us when she had a moment". Several other patrons came to the bar while we were there and left because they couldn't get service. I stopped and mentioned the experience to the woman I was told was the manager. She initially claimed she wasn't the manager and then snapped at me about how frustrated they were. To top it off she then proceeded to tell the server that I had complained who announced loudly that she "didn't even care". It became obvious that our complaint had circulated among the staff and we awkwardly sat there waiting for our bill. I know it's Corn Fest weekend but it wasn't even busy and there's no excuse for that. Plenty of places to visit in downtown and Tully Monster won't be one I'll visit again.
