It was an older bag so I went with the cheaper option. I told him they could take their time and I wasn't in a rush, but I got it back just a few days later. I told my mom about them and she gave me a belt to bring to them to put an extra hole in there. They were able to do it on the spot within minutes and hand it back to me right away. This was only $5! The young man at the counter was also so sweet and very helpful! It said Jason on the receipt paper, but not sure if he is Jason.
