This place far exceeded my expectations for a counter serve restaurant. I had the mixed ceviche, and it was wholly authentic, and almost as good as the best I've had in Lima, Peru. My companion had the quarter chick, which was a great lunch time deal. The only downside of this location is that the strip mall needs a parking lot twice as big!

The Empanadas were small and nothing spectacular about them. The service again nothing spectacular. And nothing special for the ambiance. I had better empanadas else where.

I had this lovely location added to Yelp and completely forgot to do my review. I had never heard of the restaurant chain until a few people i know kept talking about being excited the kirkman location was opening. I did some research to find out more about the restaurant. Looked over the menu and decided to check them out one Saturday while running errands. You can't miss the place once you arrive since the Now Open sign was big and noticeable. Once we arrived we looked over the menu, then walked up to the register to order. They were pretty busy and steady. We ordered to sit in. I ordered the grilled steak sandwich with sweet potato fries and my husband ordered the grilled steak with rice and beans and grilled veggies . And we also got 2 empanadas. While we waited at our table i took info from the manger such as phone number , hours of operation and took some pictures. They called our number we got our food and ate. The food was good i heard so much about the sauces so i tried them all with my fries. They were ok , one reminded me of thousand island but none were nasty but none stood out to me as a must have with my food. I wish i would have just gotten the steak without the bread because once i get full i take the meat out of the bread and eat that so I won't waste food i rather the bread go uneaten instead of the meat. My sandwich was good, but My husbands steak was very very good , tender and well seasoned . (I will get that the next time) overall the customer service was great . The empanadas I didn't care for due to, too much onions. We ended up getting bottle drinks because i kept asking did they have fountain and the lady at the counter said NO .. once we started walking towards our table we saw the fountain for drinks so I'll guess she just didn't understand my question. We were looking to throw things out once we were done but we were told no they clean up for you. I enjoyed myself .overall

The delicious chicken and grilled veggie meal.

The my meal was delicious: I got the chicken and grilled veggie meal. Fresh and tasty! The restaurant gives you the cozy family owned vibe and servers are friendly.

Too hungry to take a pic but the food is always reliably good and fast at every La Granja. First time at this location; very clean and ample seating. Menu is massive and plenty of staff. $15 for steak, sautéed onions, white rice, black beans, and a fountain drink (#8 combo). Honestly my favorite part is their off-menu toppings station with their house pico de gallo and a jalapeño/onion topping!

Stopped by for a quick dinner. I've been to the other la granja locations and I was glad they opened up one near my boyfriends house. I ordered #6. The fish filet with rice and beans. I substituted the plantains for tostones because I am not a fan of plantains. The fish was nice and fluffy. It was cooked well. The rice and beans were good. I got a few sauces for my fish and tostones. My favorite were the garlic and the garlic onion sauce. Portion was good because I couldn't finish my food. Great place for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner if you're in the kirkman area and want Spanish food.

Great tasting food, and service was really fast. Will try them again. The extra precautions taken with sanitation were noticed, it gave me a little sense of comfort while dining in.

(12/11/2021) stopped in to get a very late lunch after running errands on a Sunday. Place was still pretty full, orders were taken fast. Not sure what came over me, but I ordered the Seafood Sampler. A lot of confusion in the back of the house ensued. I'm guessing no one in their right mind orders fast food ceviche (raw fish). Steak Bowls, our usuals, came as expected and we're devoured. Steak, beans, corn, and vegetables well-seasoned. Fried seafood actually done dectly well for a fast food place, especially the calamari rings. Fish ceviche was a little suspect, fish was very lime y, very mushy. Decent food, large portions, hot, well-seasoned, good prices.

We stopped by here when we had to go to Verizon last week. Food was absolutely delicious, and man, I wish Alabama had these!! The green sauce and garlic sauce were some of my favorites and my boyfriend loved the spicy and habanero. The macho fish was sooo good as were the sweet plantains. The popcorn chicken came with a deliciously huge portion and fries were cooked to perfection. Will definitely be trying to return when we come back!!

The guy at the counter literally spoke zero English, and the food took over 30 minutes to come out. Go somewhere else.

I've had a few but this peanut butter cheesecake may be my favorite. It was light and airy, sweet with a touch of salt. Delish! Lots of real candles, burlesque pictures, and flowers made the mood cozy and sexy. The staff were wonderful. To drink, I got the lickin love with Cabernet (milk chocolate on the rim with a white chocolate drizzle). It was so fun and delicious. For my dessert, I ordered the fever, which consisted of a chocolate molten cake, two scoops of vanilla ice cream, and a chocolate decoration. It was so delicious and decadent. My girlfriends loved the carrot cake and the fourgasm (4 dessert sampler). Everything was a bit expensive, but you're paying for the expensive. My one minor complaint was that we had not been there an excessive amount of time, but as we were checking out, we were informed we needed to leave because they needed our table in 5 minutes. I did not care for that. Overall, this was a really fun experience and I'm sad we had to say goodbye.

It's a small ice cream shop located on the main strip of Colonial Drive. The bright lit sign stands out from afar. It was busy with people inside and outside of the shop. There's scoop options and sundae floats. We got the mini floats of the Halo Halo and a Mango Sticky rice. Both were so good and refreshing. We didn't think it was overly sweet for dessert. In fact, we took the team's suggestion and had vegan ube ice cream. We've tried vegan ice cream in the past and it was not good. This was actually good for vegan ice cream option. We normally share when it comes to desserts like this, but we finished our own. Recommend this dessert spot if you're in town or nearby! Seating is limited since it is a small place.

The candied pecans gave it a contrasting sugared crunch making it really addicting to eat, and the candied oranges rounded out the flavors. I hope they'll keep bringing this cookie back!

Another good ice cream place to add to my list of favorite places to go in Orlando!…read more The ice cream is a perfect combo of dense, soft, and creamy. From the top of the swirl to the very bottom of the inside of my cone, there was not a single air pocket to be found. It is a sweet pastry that is soft on the inside and has a glass-like crunchy exterior that is coated with cinnamon and sugar. It's a little like eating a cruffin, but with a crunchier exterior due to their special way of making it. Definitely worth trying at least once if you've never tried it before. Wow. The Mango Mango Dessert of Orlando (technically Lake Buena Vista) takes the trophy for…read moretop-rated dessert place in all categories of flavor, service, and ambience for the Disney area. Seriously, you can save all your other options for a rainy day. This is the place for any occasion, date, family gathering, or plain ol' get together with friends to enjoy sweets with great company. Located off South Apopka Vineland Road on the Northbound side, Mango Mango is situated in a relatively new development and plaza (if you look at the satelite imagery from Google maps, it will still show undeveloped land as of June 2026). It's less than a 10 minute drive from the Disney Springs property, and about an 18 minute drive from Old Town/Fun Spot which is where we were staying for this particular trip coming from Tampa. As you arrive, you will find a spacious lot, however the actual parking spaces do appear limited (something to consider if you decide to have a large reunion here). Upon entering, you will find a very clean storefront and reception. Overall the store maintains a very neat and tidy appearance that is very welcoming and neutral when it comes to the varying demographics of customers. While we have been to Mango Mango before in a New Jersey location, this location provides a bit of table service (which we have not experienced prior) for dine-in which makes it a bit more intimate. The menu offers plentiful choices of sweets - from bowls with fresh fruits and ice cream, to your specialty drinks including boba. To call Mango Mango a boba shop would do it injustice, as this place truly shines as a hollistic dessert spot. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the selections. Each dish/drink is perfectly made to their own specifications. The best part is that none are overly sweet, which I feel is a crutch that most dessert spots experience. Highly recommend the mixed fresh fruit with sago and jelly! Wish this was in Tampa because this would give our usual boba spot a run for their money. This is a must have if you're in the area, so treat yourself after long hot day at the parks at Mango Mango!
