I had my first lunch here at Grillers and as a Puerto Rican, I was excited. I had Alcapurrias, which was for $5.40 and the picture showed 3. Well, it was only one and I tried their mofongo with it and it just didn't hit like I hoped for. It lacked the flavor punch of Puerto Rican food and the Alcapurria (just one for $5.40), which too expensive for my taste. If I am to go solely by my experience, would I recommend this restaurant? No I wouldn't. I think it's expensive compared to the amount of food they gave versus their competitors. But, the people are very nice and professional and the restaurant is nice. So, I'm giving it 3 stars. Happy eating.

Was that done to manipulate time efficiency on DoorDash's end? Is there some measurement or record of the timeliness of preparation and readiness? As I sat and waited, I watched the woman and her interactions with other customers. It was lackluster and bare minimum. Customer service was non existent. I ordered shrimp fried rice and tofu with garlic sauce. The tofu was very soft and the flavor was okay. I would have preferred the tofu to have been cooked firmer. The shrimp fried rice was also okay. The only positive note I have is that the restaurant eating area was clean. I won't be back in the near future.
