The shrimp in garlic sauce was tasty, but the enchiladas were covered with grated Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, which was not what I was expecting. In Mexico City, they serve them with a melted Oaxaca, Manchego, and Mozzarella cheeses. Now, I did look at several online recipes, and many called for Monterey Jack, but to me the flavor wasn't the same. The shredded chicken could have used a little more seasoning. Also, I ordered a second small Margarita but was charged for a double ($15). It did seem like twice the tequila, but in the small glass, it was super strong!
