I ended up returning for a second appointment and making a purchase within my budget! Everything came on time and it was the least stressful shopping experience I'd ever had. Every step of the way I've received above and beyond service from the amazing people that work here. No one is pushy, everyone is patient and extremely sweet & helpful. I've made a styling appointment for next month to get some accessories as well. Not only is the store gorgeous, the dresses are beautiful and unique and the staff are fantastic. There were so many dress options for me as someone who is ~5'7 - I had such a fun time looking through all the colours available. As soon as you walk in, you're able to explore the options and the service was amazing. I had flagged down Nicole and she was so incredibly helpful throughout the process, finding dresses that fit the style I was looking for and helping hunt down my size. I was so lucky to find one I loved and confirm it was available for the date I need! You choose the date in which you want to hold the dress for and pick it up. They're completely transparent about any damages or stains on the dresses if someone who booked the dress previously have stained it or damaged it which is nice and good to know. Horrible way to treat someone, let alone someone putting down a large sum of money for their sons wedding. This should have been a happy experience, but it was completely ruined by this woman's appalling customer service. When the manager was approached, it was shrugged off. Other staff in the building seemed nice, however the experience with this woman so hurt my mother I would go out of my way to ensure no one would have to deal with this woman again. The dressing room was huge, and looked bigger than a room in most condos. You get the whole dressing room to yourself to change in privacy, and there's a separate big waiting room for your guests to see the dress when you're ready. I was hoping to have Carlo as my consultant, but I saw him helping with another appointment instead on the same floor. I can tell he's very passionate, and can hear his voice making suggestions from the other rooms. I had Beverly as a consultant, and she was very friendly, helpful, and not pushy. I didn't have a huge budget for dresses, but she still treated me nicely and offered some great recommendations. I appreciated how she helped me with each dress, and was always positive and never impatient. Hard to deal with my opinionated family sometimes! I got to see a wide variety of dresses, and a better idea which styles look best. I didn't end up making a purchase on my first visit, but do plan on returning if needed as I'm still on the hunt for the right dress! One thing to note is I didn't like how they have a flat fee of $850 for alterations (heard it used to be $600 in the past), for everyone regardless. I wish they offer a variable fee, depending on how many alterations you need! There is the option to just buy the dress, and get it altered elsewhere though. Overall, I had an amazing experience here and can tell why it's so highly recommended! Definitely worth a visit for sure!

Once I got there, Sabrina welcomed me in and showed me to my dressing room- two large mirrors with lighting that is so soft and perfect for dress fittings. She had my dresses set aside already and was not pushy at all. Before peeling the curtain back to show my guests, she'd always ask how I felt in it first; I thought this was a nice touch and reminder of reflection to myself. The store itself is a little small, but has two changerooms. The changeroom lighting is very pretty but I do wish there was more natural lighting. Sabrina would encourage me to stand at the front of the shop where there were mirrors in front of the windows, definitely helped to see it there. Overall great experience!

We were met up with the stylist, Claire I believe. She was quick from the beginning, she got the dresses ready before hand as my friend had told her what styles she liked couple days ago via email. The stylist was very knowledgeable and easy to approach and ask questions. The hour flew by very quickly and I enjoyed helping my friend pick what suits her best on her style and personality. She chose her best two. But we all knew she wasn't planning on buying her dress today. Great experience with amazing stylist.
