They have really thoughtful organizing (especially compared to other thrift/vintage/second-hand stores) with everything clearly organized by size and type of item, then typically by color within that, so it's really easy to find items that will fit you. A great selection of accessories like shoes, bags, and jewelry too! The selling process always goes very smoothly too. The website and their social media have lots of clear info on how the process works and what kinds of items they're looking for, and really makes what could be a complicated process super simple.

This trendy label appeals to the younger, fashion-conscious, crowd. And then scattered throughout the store, especially in the back, there are styles that look a bit dated and ordinary. There are some high-price designer items as well. I think their jewelry section is rather blah. I've never bought jewelry from them. All sorts of used handbags and practically new shoes. Both my teenage daughter and I have bought clothes from here. Something for everyone. What I like about consigning my gently used clothes with this business is that they itemize the clothing that you give them. When the consignment period is over in 3 months, you know exactly which item sold and how much money you will get for it. Unlike another consignment store in the area that just gives you a number for your items and never tells you exactly what sold. Becomes a mystery. And then you have to hunt all over the place to find your items that didn't sell if you want them back. But here, I ask for items that don't sell back and they keep them for me to pick up within a window of time. They take appointments on their website for consigning your things the first few days of the month only. It's very organized and I appreciate that. They may not take many of the items you hope to consign. But at least they're honest and organized.

These guys get an extra star just for being some of the most awesome people I've come to meet in…read morethe vintage community! After the pandemic I really got into buying and selling vintage decor - and I'll never forget, one of my first estate sale escapades after starting that venture, I came across the guys from Queen City Vintage. They told us they had been there to sign up for the sale at 6am, and had thoroughly swept up most of the sweet vintage Buffalo Bills gear at that sale. This included things like pullovers, hats, and some other merch. After hearing what they spent, and what they sold the stuff for, I had to admit I was thoroughly impressed. The amount of dedication they have to obtaining these items to sell is seriously admirable. It honestly inspired me to go far with my own buying and selling. Flash forward to a few weeks ago, I visited the store for the very first time. They were having a huge vintage Buffalo Bills sale at the shop in honor of the home opener. I was the first person in line, getting there at about 8am to wait until 11am for the shop to open. One of the guys asks me what I had come to the store to shop for, and I told them about the vintage Tweety Bird pullover that they'd posted on their Instagram a few days before, something I'd been looking for for a very long time (in honor of the one my mother once owned). They promised to make sure the one I wanted was on the rack for me when they finally opened the store. More respect earned. So yeah, these guys are genuinely fantastic. Their selection of vintage items (not just Bills) is pretty incredible, and all of their stuff is in such awesome condition that it's all basically deadstock. I totally recommend visiting their shop at least once, and following them on social media, as they're always posting stuff online too that typically sells out before they can even put them on the shelves at the store. And yes, I am thoroughly enjoying my Bills Tweety pullover as I write this. And my vintage Zubaz. Go Bills!

It's close to my regular grocery stores, so I was really hoping this was going to be the place. All I can say is that it's not not the place. Walking in, I immediately came to face a large security footage screen, as if to deter me from theft. The proceeds of the sales go towards feeding and clothing the underprivileged (they say they even give some donations to the people in need, which explains where all the clothes I throw in those red boxes around town go) which you would hope would make anyone with a conscience pay up, though at the prices they charge, I could see why one wouldn't want to. The prices are more comparable to a low end clothing retailer like Walmart than second hand stores I have grown accustomed to. They also had the colored tags, and I looked unsuccessfully for signage to see if it meant any deals. Their website explains the color would make something half off, which must not have been the case today. I combed through the racks, which are sorted by type and size instead of color. I was able to find one cheaper pair of pants to try on, so I headed to the back, where there were two massive unlocked fitting rooms. They were super clean and spacious with a wall sized mirror, a bench and a rack for returns. I could comfortably kick my legs about (yes, kick, as I was testing the durability) and squat down (butt crack coverage) without worrying about hitting the wall. Side quest accomplished. I had also looked through the rest of the store: furniture, housewares, toys and books. I was disturbed to find a used bottle of mouthwash for sale on the shelf, which is mostly the reason why when deciding between a three and a four for this review, I knocked it down. The cashier asked if I wanted to join the loyalty program, to which I declined, watching my total pop up on a screen in front of me. They're rounding pennies now for those paying cash. Which in the grand scheme of things hopefully means that an extra two cents is helping those they serve. I might come back at some point, with more money in my wallet to poke around, but for a place called Heart, this isn't my new love.
