This place is a hidden gem! The birria pizza and caldo de pollo were phenomenal! Perfectly cooked with amazing flavor. Also loved the freshly made flan. Great customer service and can't wait to go back and try more from the menu!

    Birria pizza

My boyfriend and I personal favorite is the Birria pizza or burrito bowls, but really most things on their menu is so good. The consomé for the Birria is delicious and always so tasty I definitely recommend this place considering how hard it is to find good authentic Hispanic food in Jupiter

We'd been to this restaurant when it was under a prior name/ownership. First time ordering from the current menu and we ended up with a couple burritos, enchiladas, tacos, and a quesadilla between us. Feedback on the burritos was positive from the kids. The burritos were humongous, that is for certain. The tacos were good, but their preparation was slightly different from the previous place - instead of a couple thin corn tortillas, they were wrapped in a single, thicker style tortilla. Instead of diced onions, the onions were slightly sautéed or grilled and were in large slices. All in all, still good but not what I was expecting. The enchiladas are also unique and a different preparation than we've had before. You have to like beets to enjoy, but since we do, we enjoyed them a lot. I'd recommend the quesadilla, as it was bursting with cheese and super tasty. The side of pico was fresh and a nice accompaniment. This was a take out order and they did forget an item (missed a tamale), but were happy to add to a future order and took my name/number when I called to let them know.

The Croquettas Jamon Cubanas were as tasty as we're used to, and the mayonnaise-based sauce was nice and smooth. Unfortunately, the Empanadas De Picadillo have changed, and not for the better. Our Cubano Sandwich wasn't quite as good as in the past - - the pork was a bit overcooked and dry. Everything else was perfect. Our Margaritas were nice and refreshing, as always. Our server, Bryan, was terrific. His suggestions were helpful and his service attentive. Copacabana is light and airy - very comfortable. We sat outside on their large patio. Fitting for a larger group of people to sample the spirit of Spain while relaxing outside to drinks and chit chat. We went with pan con tamate, stuffed piquillo peppers, batatas bravas, octopus à la Gallegos, and garlic shrimp. A flavorful journey into Spain. For something that takes so long to cook, you would think they would wait to cook out the alcohol taste completely. The seafood selection reminds me of frozen mixed seafood packets you get at the super market. Despite the yellow color, it was bland and reminded me of the paella they served at my school's cafeteria. The restaurant was cute though.

Perhaps working in Spain for two years ruined my take on tapas but this isn't really close. When we entered we were super impressed by the space. The replica of the Guernica on one side was super cool. I saw it as a kid in New York and a few years back at the Reina Sofía. But I digress... We ordered the tortilla española, croquettes, gypsy bread and mussels. First concern was the huge size portions. Crap, we're in America. The tortilla dish was like a potato frittata - a mouthful of flavorless mass. The croquettes, we asked for the fish but got spinach, were somehow even worse. A super thin bread coating and mushy interior. Gypsy bread - ugh, like a flat bread gone wrong. And the mussels instead of a pleasant garlic sauce were drown in a concoction with traces of tomato but lacking an identity. OK, we'll recover in dessert. They're out of the Key Lime so let's try this Phyllo thing. Imaging a sponge with chunks of orange on it. Bleh. I understand how hard it is to run a restaurant and I hate writing bad reviews. This place needs a major food upgrade and someone who knows how to make a croquette.
