I wasn't crazy about it...the dry dark meat Adobo and flavorless saffron rice...pure meh. It had either been sitting out too long or was overcooked, but either way, it was just passable. It was a colder than usual night - and without any gas heaters out on the patio, I was pretty uncomfortable. I'd've gone home to get my jacket in L.A. but... Great plantains and spacious joint FWIW

Lunch portion of Ossobuco.

The servers were super friendly. The food came out quickly and everyone enjoyed their meals. The restaurant is casual with plenty of outdoor seating. Their Mojitos are really good and don't taste like spearmint toothpaste like most restaurants. I loved the fried pork chunks and my husband and our guest had Ossobuc. The Ossobuco was extremely tender and I found my pork chunks to be tender as well. I will definitely go back!

Stopped by today for early dinner, and the Masitas y Mofongo were spectacular! Can't wait to come back for happy hour and some live music!

Quality of the food is not the same and service has gone way done. Shame was the only good Cuban food in Jupiter.

Service, food, atmosphere, all 10/10. Plantains were out of this world, and their garlic sauce is put on anything.

I bought a Groupon for this restaurant a few weeks ago and actually forgot about it. Tonight I was…read morelooking at Groupon and saw the coupon. I said I should go and use it. I'm glad I did. I haven't been to El Sabor Latino in a long time and the last time it was only for breakfast. They have expanded the restaurant tremendously since the last time I was there. I remember it was half the size. A lot more tables a lot more booths a really big bar in the back. It's a very large, welcoming, inviting space. My server was exceptionally friendly and she let me know it was taco Tuesday, so of course I had to get some. I went with two Birria tacos and two Carne Asada. All four of them were very yummy. For dinner, I decided to go with the camarones ajillo with the white rice, pinto beans, and tostones. My meal was exceptionally good. My only one little complaint would be that I didn't have enough white rice to use all that beautiful sauce and eat all those beautiful beans. I probably could've asked for another cup of but I wasn't sure if they were gonna charge me not. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Despite being in a busy strip mall, parking was a breeze with no difficulties. One of the standout features of this restaurant is the generous portions they serve. It's been several years since I last visited Sabor Latino, and I honestly can't understand why I had forgotten about this hidden gem. To my surprise, I discovered that the restaurant is larger than I remembered, accommodating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, they have a stage for live night entertainment and music. During my visit, I stopped in just for a comforting bowl of soup, which was wonderful, complemented by the friendly and attentive staff. I'm genuinely glad I rediscovered Sabor Latino after such a long hiatus. It's a place I look forward to returning to again soon.

However, I know from traveling that some of the best spots are ones that appear to be a hole in the wall. I walked in, very cute inside! Staff was welcoming and I cozied right up at the bar to wait for my friend. I was immediately brought chips and salsa and a cold beer. We ended up sitting at a high top and our waitress suggested that I try either carne asada from the Mexican menu or Vaca Frita from the Cuban menu. I love me some carne asada but I was intrigued but this 'fried shredded beef' that was marinated in mole and cooked in a hot skillet until crispy. She suggested sweet plantains to go with it and white rice with beans which is traditional Cuban (instead of yellow rice). IT WAS FABULOUS! It was crispy on the outside and juicy. The mole was flavorful but not spicy and i appreciated that the meat was not dripping in sauce. My dinner date ordered chicken tamales which were seasoned in a Cuban style with yellow rice. She is used to Mexican tamales but said these really hit the spot! The only blemish on the nice was her second margarita which was the cucumber one which she didn't like at all. However, the first one she ordered (pictured) which was a different flavor was a show stopper.
