We spoke with a few local businesses, but most needed more time. Then we contacted Aahs Graphics, Nancy Rodriguez was our contact person for this project from the very beginning they assured us they would have everything ready by Wednesday morning. Not only did they keep their word, but they also delivered the name tags directly to our office on time. We were truly delighted with their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer service. Because of their thoughtful effort, our entire team looked professional, organized, and united. The uniformity and sense of oneness the name tags created was priceless. It's often the little things that make the biggest difference, and their attention to detail helped bring everyone together beautifully for our event. Thank you again for your care, contribution, and excellent service. Businesses that truly value their customers deserve to be recognized, and we sincerely appreciate the experience we had with Aahs Graphics.

I called in to see if they were receiving my email and talked to some guy that was not the friendliest person, who confirmed receiving the email but still ghosted me? I ended up having to rig something last minute... thanks Aahs for nothing.

It really just depends on the employees, but I find that all of the people here are really helpful and not snotty. They have the latest pick-up time as well...anywhere else is around 5:15-5:30. This may not be a big deal for you..if you're not overnighting stuff everyday. But since I'm always rushing here, breathly, with a bunch of boxes like a nutty woman, trying to get here by 6 pm...it is a life-saver. Otherwise I have to drive to the airport Fedex. p.s. Shipping here only, no kinkos.

Not only was Joseph quick to respond to my questions but was able to give me some very decent prices! I loved that Joseph had great communication every step of the way and when my Boss was worried about what his current skull decal was going to look like after Joseph added some custom tweaks he sent the proofs ahead of time to be approved and had no problem with any of the changes we needed to make this decal pop, you can definitely tell that Joseph and his team put in a Lot of detail, time and expertise in to getting what my Boss wanted as far as a logo. On the day of application, Joseph and his team were punctual and very friendly and professional. We had all of our trucks done in a matter of a day or so and with my boss so impressed we asked Joseph to come back a second time and put a logo on my Boss's other personal/work vehicle. When all was said and done both my Supervisor and the company President were very impressed with Jack Signs. We definitely found our Decal Company for any future projects. I would definitely recommend Jack Signs to anyone in need of exceptional Decals. Thanks so much Joseph to you and your team for an awesome job well done!
