This place is shady. I emailed them for 100 business card quotes and they told me $50. I then called and asked them for 250 business card quotes, they told me $40?! I had written a review for this place about a month ago and I rated it four stars. Well, now it's 2 stars! I went in to order business cards and I was blown off 3 times. The man just ignored me Everytime he passed by. I waited there about 10 minutes before he came to assist me. He said that he was sorry because he was busy. I don't give a damn wether your busy or not, I'm a customer and I expect to be assisted ASAP. That's not the end of my complaint. I explained everything I wanted and he told he would have the design sent to my email for approval the next day. The next day I didn't receive anything! I waited a week and decided to give him a call and he once again told me that he was busy again designing a calendar. Like I said, I don't care. Business is business so if you tell me your going to send an approval, send it! He then told me that he would send it the next day, and again I didn't get anything. I waited a week and a half, so I called back. The lady on the other hand was very helpful. She apologized for the inconvenience and told me that my cards had already been printed And they were waiting for me to pick them up. How am I supposed to pick them up when I didn't even give the approval and I didn't even receive a phone call that my order was ready!? Luckily the cards turned out great and I was satisfied. The reason they didn't get 1 star is because the prices are cheap, quality is excellent, and they did exactly what I wanted. read more

I've been ordering business cards, envelopes and a few (but rarely) flyers for our office and have never been disappointed in the design quality or printing. I normally pick up the order since I know it's a small business and they don't do much shipping. I always try to save money and this is why I come here, I've done my research and their prices are super competitive. There have been times I've had to wait for them to finish with a customer (I forget to call ahead of time) and had to listen to some of the customers that walk in/or are being attended...and I feel for the workers here. On two different instances I heard customers asking for a ridiculous discount and for the order to be ready the next day but when it came to paying... they didn't have money to leave a deposit??!!! That's crazy! By reading some of the negative reviews .. it looks like this happens often, people want things fast and cheap. Sure Staples will have it ready the next day ... for 5-8X the price!!! Our company has tried other places and although their turn around may be quicker at times, the design quality is awful... as in they probably used Paint to design my cards or sent the stuff to china to print. No thank you, MG Printing has a loyal customer for now. My tips: communicate what you want effectively (writing!), be reasonable about the lead-time, pay on time or a rush fee (it's low and worth it when necessary)! read more

We decided instead of a funeral prayer card, we would do a baseball card to honor my father in law and his love for the game. This local printing company was able to bring our idea to life and upon receiving their first draft, it was better than we envisioned. They had a fast turnaround time. Even after the large order of 250 that we almost ran out of at the wake, they were able to print us 250 more the same day as the funeral. I highly recommend this printing shop. read more

I agree with many of the reviews. I have ordered through phone and in person in 2011 and 2012. I don't know what is up with their business. Doing well or about to go out of business. They get you business cards within 5 days and prices are standard compared to all other businesses. They lost my business because I requested 5,000 custom flyers and they said they will call me back when their vendor gives them the quote. I call back a week later on the status. "The vendor hasn't emailed me yet." I will call you when I get the quote." 1 month later, I call them again. "The vendor hasn't gotten back to me. I'll give you a call when they do." I gave up after 2 months. Just did it online with another vendor. read more

I would of given it a five star but let me start by saying the first time I came in for receipts for my business everything went smoothly I got them on the day that they promised to have them ready so I really did like it I just didn't like the extra fee for them to resize it by half a centimeter. On the second visit I ordered more receipts and 5000 business cards the receipts were fine and no money order my business cards from Vista print never had an issue she told me she can do the same design and the same color and everything she did mention the only difference would be the lettering in my change I said that's fine as long as it's the same color which is blue I like how they could have it done in five days it would've taken 12 days with Vista print but she convinced me on the time and I said OK I even spent $30 more and then Vista print because I like the service the first time I went there she even charge me a $15 design fee when I already gave her the first business card I had so all she needed to do was copy it but I understand it's a business so I agreed with it upon receiving the business cards I got back to the shop opened up the boxeseverything was fine with the lettering but not the color they looked more green than blue so i was like oh wow.... Lol I called the store i was trying to explain to the guy that answer my concern and he said who helped me and i told him it was the girl and he said call back Monday she will be here and i was like hey if u don't want to help me thats fine just say so don't cut me short at least hear out my concerns so I had to drive back send him the card sending me and a few of my old ones that way they can see the difference on Monday I did call the girl is really nice but I understand it must've been a color error she offered to redo them again now and my mind I'm thinking business wise why wastepaper time and material give me a couple of options not just one I would understand I'll return the design fee which is $15 when I originally took you the original business card and I even send you a PDF file of the design and you still charge me a $15 design fee or I'll give you 10% off your next purchase but you know it was you take it or I redo it so I just told her save trees don't waste more material I'll deal with it When I come back for receipts only but I don't think for business cards again read more

Great service, I bought over 10,000 business cards at a great price. They're located pretty far away from me, but their prices can't be beat so I took the trek there. The only downside was when I got there , I walked in and was the only person in the store, The owner comes out like 5 minutes after he realized I was there. Other than that little problem, the owner was super friendly and helped me load the items to my car as well. Wow! I rarely give reviews but my brochures look very beautiful! I was recommended by my friend who also prints brochures there. Their service is pretty good, they do get busy at times but now I understand why my friend loves to go there. I have used many print shops before, but not one comes close to the personal customer service experience there. My file was not designed well (my designer's fault), and they helped correct and make my file print very nicely. Other print shops just take your money and file when you order, and they never notify you if something is wrong...they just print it and if it comes out bad, they don't care because they already got your money....BUT, this is NOT the case at MG Printing. MG printing took care of me, even though it did take a bit longer because of all the clients they have, their quality is the best I have seen and they are very helpful people.
