The prices are terrific (my Canadian neighbor nearly had a stroke from jealousy when I told him how much I paid!) and there were a few bikes for me to choose from. The Finance Manager (David) showed me what was on the lot. He took lots of time and explained everything from cost, maintenance, pros & cons of certain models...everything. When it came time to buy, it was easy. They handled ALL the paperwork including getting the tag for the bike. I ended up getting a pre-owned bike and because I hadn't ridden in a few years, they delivered the bike to my home. (I was nervous about the mad traffic. Everyone on Spring & Easter break was on the road today) I've since had her on the back roads...you never forget how to ride! For great customer service, stop here. I can't say enough good things about them and their staff and how accommodating they were. Real customer service is rare. They made me feel comfortable and were so helpful. I dropped some hard earned cash there and I know that if I need anything, I can just stop in or call. From start to finish....Quality. I'm very happy with McKibben.

The seller didn't go over the instructions of how to break it in and when it needs services. No information was provided. No booklet, manual or information that tells us how to get what is needed online. They gave us a dirty new Jet-ski with less than 1/4 gas tank. They didn't have the proper tie-down needed to ensure the jet ski falls back. The trailer tires only had 20 pounds when it needed to have 50 pounds. This creates a risk of us having a flat tire. Luckily we had a great experience when we purchased our 1sr jetski in Clearwater Cycle Springs and we know what is needed to keep the jet ski in good working condition. The reason we decided to go here is that it was closer to our house. They would not see our faces when it is time for maintance. I am giving a 2 because of the store manager. The rest is no stars.

Anyway, I went there on a Saturday and he went out of his way to dig through a crap-ton of parts to find what I needed. The price was fair, and the service was friendly. Any perception of inefficiency or chaos should definitely be weighed carefully. I think they guy is doing the best he can with the resources he's been given. I am sure a five star rating will be common once they get things up and running again.

It really bites that the Auburndale store is closed but friendly and helpful folks with the vast knowledge of the WinterHaven store made up for it. Todd handled eveything from A-Z and the cars turned out fantastic. These are both complete restorations and the install was super clean. When other mechanics said no to my 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner, Todd and his crew said no problem!…read moreSince he was busy, he told me to bring it in June and when the date came Todd said, "You're on time, bring it in." I knew the car had some issues but after it was gone through with a fine tooth comb, my ride felt better than a brand new car. The entire suspension and braking system was totally replaced along with the steering gear box, which was unbelievably repaired! Other mechanics wanted to install a new one, since it was easier than repairing the original. The nice thing about this shop is all of the technicians go above and beyond to help save the customer money and if it can be repaired they will go the extra mile and do it better than any replacement part out there. Aside from the suspension and brakes the carburetor was replaced along with the manifold. The last big ticket item to be replaced was the radiator. When I had my car towed to Auto Air & Audio it could not even start. After the engine revved a few times it would finally start but the entire car shook like a washing machine on overload! Once everything was set in place and the engine tuned, it now drives better than my Mercedes S-550. Thanks to Todd and his crew they were able to do what others could not! THANK YOU ONE AND ALL! You are truly outstanding automotive technicians! I highly recommend them to anyone with a classic car out there, your classic car and your wallet will both thank you!
