The guy printed out the part with the part number claiming it was the original part I asked for. 6 hours of researching and calling places later, I finally found out that the number was not the part number of what I asked for. Which explains why I couldn't find it. Train your employees better. Vehicle parts are not a joke. It could waist your time, money, or seriously impact the vehicle when given wrong parts or information.

Horrible customer service. Managers make customers wait in long lines while they take phone orders…read morewithout even making contact with the people in line, in their store, waiting. It's happened more than once. This last time I asked for a manager, one said, we are the managers. I told him, we (me and some other customers) are waiting in line while he tends to someone over the phone. We were in line before he took the phone call. And he's just ignoring us. The other manager just shrugged his shoulders. I put my stuff down and left. Total disrespect. I don't mind someone at the register taking a call. But put the caller on hold and tell them you are ringing up customers. Or take their number, tell them you will call them back. If it's a quick question, answer it and get back to those in line. But YOU MUST acknowledge the people waiting in line. Communicate to them why it is the person sitting at home on the phone is a priority over people who've taken the time to walk into your store. They told me there was no charge. The wiper guide book at Walmart also informed me that the rear blade for my Enclave was factory installed and there was no replacement for it. My mother gave me a Jeep with the Gold Auto Craft 3 year warranty. She purchased this in 2016. Well, of course my battery is drained somehow so I take it to trade in. After a good 10 mins of waiting for a guy to come in(I didn't have an issue with waiting) his coworker asks him , 'you know is this sticker the day warranty starts?'..which reads 11/2015. He's like no that's when the battery is made. In my head I'm like well either way it's within the warranty period if it actually was made less than 3 yrs ago, anyway he goes to ask me about registration!?! Now I'm confused. So I answer his questions and he dismisses my warranty and refuses to give me a new battery. I politely left and called corporate.
