Found the problem quickly, but took three days after telling me my car was going into the bay for it to actually get worked on. So now I'm in a rental even longer, but Art and his team have been working closely with and giving timely information to the collision center (since the repairs will be covered by insurance through the collision center for me). Not excited about the delays, but glad to see how great this shop is with working with the reputable collision center (preferred shop listed by the insurance company).

This is my second experience here and it was enough to ruin it. I negotiated terms a week in advance with the sales team via email. I purchase a certified pre-owned SUV with Matthew Hosack who was up front, honest and a man of his word. He place trade-in values, sales prices, and warranty information with industry definitions in writing. This straight forward, honest approach to purchasing a used vehicle is something not typical from my local vendors. I drove over 3 hours one way to complete this transaction, worth every cent and minute! The pricing grabbed my attention, their service we keep my business. Mr. Michela Aycock was the lead on the financing portion of this deal. He also had a no pressure charisma about the way he conducted business and placed terms in writing before we concluded the transaction. I was ticked off because they screwed up my vehicle and apparently one of their service advisors is friends with my assistant manager and decided to call her on her day off to ask about me, which has now caused ALOT of tension at work. I feel like my privacy and personal business was breached. They screwed up my car. No one else has touched my vehicle where the rear dash cam is except for Weikert Ford. Phillip Weikert is the owner of the dealership who admitted this to me during a phone conversation on July 17 2026. No offer to do anything to do anything about the employee who breached my privacy.
