At only 275 hours my Kawasaki needed repair. Britny, the service manager refused to see my vehicle until I paid $142 for a supposed diagnostic fee despite this being warranty work. It took me 8 weeks to get $130 of that refunded! She kept insisting that I had a stick jammed underneath despite never actually seeing my vehicle. She said this numerous times but then denied ever saying it. But AFTER MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH HER I ALWAYS HAD HER ON SPEAKER PHONE TO HAVE A WITNESS! This is a vehicle used for my farm, not off roading as she kept insisting ad nauseum. My vehicle was returned with an empty gas tank after 8 weeks in their shop. The verdict, blown head gasket...on a brand-new vehicle!? Britney was not only dishonest in our dealings. she seemed to be totally devoid of any professional skills or tact. I'm wondering if this was the only job she could get with limited skillset, She never provided me with answers to my direct questions...just replied that she didn't know, etc. The work was subpar but what can I do?
