Mitch did a fantastic job on my bike (2015 Ducati Diavel Carbon White). 18,000 mile major service. The amount of work and attention to detail was just amazing. I will use Precision Tuning for all future work on this bike and other bikes I will have in the future.

The staff was quite friendly and as knowledgeable as possible. They should have a more advanced ODB…read morescanner. I gave them 3 stars because most auto parts stores are about the same. The bathroom was also pretty clean.

Advance Auto Parts advertises online ordering & in-store pick up--perfect! Or it would be if they…read moreactually had the order ready...I placed my order online and received an email telling me that it would be ready in 30 minutes. An hour later, I was ready to go pick up my items. I did not receive an email telling me the order was ready, so I called the store to check before leaving the house. I was told by Herman (?) that it was not ready, but was currently being pulled, and would be ready by the time I arrived. I took my time, just to make sure. About 30 minutes AFTER I spoke to the guy that answered the phone, I was there to pick up my order. There was one woman working the counter and no one else in sight. A few minutes later, another woman arrived and got behind the counter. She pulled up the information on my order and came out to the floor TO START PULLING MY ORDER. Of course I had to ask if it wasn't already pulled (as I was told) and she said no...when she was finished, I asked what the point of ordering online was if the order wasn't going to be ready for pickup when I got there. Her excuse was that the other female was the only one there. 1. Not my problem; 2. I told her that I'd already called & was told it would be ready ('oh, he's at lunch'). Bottom line is that I wasted almost 2 hours (waiting for the order to be pulled & waiting in the store for it to actually be pulled), when I could've gone to the store, done the shopping myself and been done with it in less than 30 minutes! ONLINE ORDERING IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE IT MORE CONVENIENT FOR THE CUSTOMER. And don't get me started on the guy that actually LIED to me about it being pulled/ready! Fortunately for him, he was not around when I was there, or he'd have gotten an ear-full. While I may try online ordering again, it definitely won't be at this store--service has steadily declined over the years at this location, and this was the last chance they had to keep my business. You failed. Maybe AutoZone is better at standing by their advertising? Guess I'll give them a shot; good thing they're right across the street!
