The gentleman who answered the phone told me that they could fit me in at 9 a.m., and from there, it was a matter of approximately 30 minutes for one of the men there to jack up my car, remove the tire, find the location of the leak, fix it, and remount the tire to my car. There were TWO pieces of metal that had caused the problem, which surprised me, as I hadn't known that was even possible! Lol The price for all that was very reasonable, in my opinion, and if -- when, really -- I have that or any other tire-related issue, I will absolutely call Royal Tire Service again! This place was organized as far as getting customers in as walk in , with appointments etc. They had a hand held machine to control traffic and to help customers ease the wait time to be serviced. They will ask for your name and phone number and the text message will route you when they are ready to service you. They spoke to me that since i had warranty cards on my 4 tires that my payment will be about $14 if I needed a new tire (1) . After they took my car in - They resolved the issue as a valve issue and they replaced the tire valve and it was a free service. The frustrating part about this was the icon was still lit up. So they informed me to give it about 15-20 mins and the icon should be gone. Well I drove the car nearby and it still was there - the icon. So I went back to the location and told them I will need this cleared because I was not comfortable driving with tire issues after leaving them. I waited until a staff assisted me clearing the icon. So far the icon did not pop up. I also noticed that the staff says things that is not there - example - i requested my receipt to be EMAILED to me and the employee stated it was emailed. So I waited enough that the email was not popping up on my inbox. Come to find out - the system NEVER HAD MY EMAIL ADDRESS. So i asked the employee - how did u send the receipt without my email address in the system? He then asked another employee STEPS to email my receipt AFTER HE ASKED ME MY EMAIL ADDRESS. He looked like a new employee because he didnt know steps on such a thing as far as his tasks. Overall this place is not bad its the fact that I drove off still having the icon lit up after they fixed the issue and not being honest about having my email address.

I bought tickets to the New York Yankee game at Steinbrenner Field and the game started at 1 o'clock. He did not have the tire in stock and couldn't get me a tire until 2:00. After explaining it all to him he sent David, a wonderful young man that works for him to my house to take the tire off to bring it to their sister shop to replace the tire, then come back to my house and put it back on my car had it all done by 9:30 in the morning. Not only that, he gave me an extremely good deal on the tire! He is an honest and compassionate man. I will not trust any of my vehicles with anyone else.

We took my husband truck in because the AC was making a horrible noise and under the passenger floor mat the floor was soaking wet. My husband spoke to Tony and he said bring it in. They looked at it and replaced the blower motor now Let me add here that the AC worked on Low ,Medium and High speeds. Nothing was said about the switch or panel until we picked it up and Tony said we needed a new switch because he said it only worked on Low and High speeds now, which we should of questioned but we trusted his word BIG MISTAKE . He was also suppose to check the drain hose but didn't and said when we come back to get the switch he would check then. Now we had the entire panel changed already but it had been a few years they told us it had never been changed basically calling us liars. So we go today 3/19/2026 to have switch put in Tony said it would be a little over an hour we were good with that and said we would like to get oil changed on my car when we come to pick up truck. Tony said no problem. Well we come back and Tony is out and another guy with a smartbutt attitude is now there . We let him know we are here for truck and drop off car . He didnt give us a time frame but they were bringing down the truck so we went into waiting room several customers came in even one that was irrate becuz they upsold her on things she didnt need and didn't fix the problem. Well we waited about 45mins and finally my husband went up to check status now Tony is back and other guy gone. Tony said sorry I didnt call but we can't put the switch on becuz there are wires cut. Hold up wires cut . Now not only does it only work on Low and High speeds now you tell us wires are cut. Tony had absolutely NO answer to why . My husband said well I brought the truck in becuz of a noise only You Tony suggested the switch .hmm crazy right. Well no explanation could be giving. He said His mechanic wouldn't lie so basically once again calling us liars. So over 600.00 dollars later and the only thing that came out of this is the horrible noise is gone. Could we call corporate sure but we already know how that goes either they won't take your call, back up their employees , or tell you there is nothing they can do. It is now August 2025 and I am STILL fighting with this shop and their corporate office to have the outstanding repairs finished on my vehicle, as they only managed to fix SOME of the damages caused by their own negligence. The previous manager no longer works there, and the shop claims they have NO paperwork regarding my vehicle (which is an outright lie, as I have copies). Their corporate office is incapable of regular communication, and the individuals answering their main corporate number are unable to assist with contact information aside from "adding notes to the file" and stating "someone will be in contact with you in 3 business days." I have been without a vehicle since May 2025, have a young child starting school soon with NO mode of transportation for her and myself, and have had to hound this company CONSTANTLY to get any sort of response. This place is a joke. If you value your life, do NOT take your car here. I wish I could give zero stars, but I cannot.

I was on my way to the car share meet up spot this particular morning and my car started to give up - I had this check engine light icon on for a while but the honda dealership (WINTER HAVEN) checked it out sometime last year and it was temporarily off from the dash board but after paying $1k for them to "diagnose" the issue - the light went back on and I gave up. A few months ago my car started jerking at times when I accelerated. But this time the morning of when I was heading out - the car just gave up accelerating. Thank god I was still able to bring my car back to my driveway at 5 MPH. Called AAA and towed my car to Johnnys which they open at 730am. When the tow driver was releasing my car - One of the staff asked me - We can give you an UBER to drop you home and pick you up when the car is ready. DEALERSHIPS NEVER OFFER FREE UBER TO THEIR CUSTOMERS not from my dealership! This UBER was out of JOHNNYS automotive EXPENSE! The place looks like a half barber shop and Fords Garage and Cracker Barrel feel. They had rocking chairs seating in the front along with tables, mini golf to play with for downtime while waiting for you car to be fixed etc. They were open slightly before 730 and was welcomed by 2 employees - The inside of this place was clean - smelled good - Very americana - they seem to be a big fan of the sheriff of polk county since you see a poster of him on the door in front of the massage chair area LOL - So u can tell they support locals from businesses/organizations and of course customers. They offer a massage chair which I used and abused LOL There times I caught myself snoring. They offer a section where you can charge your phone, Also a section where they offer array of drinks in a chiller (water and soda cans) - Fresh coffee (NON KEURIG) - Cookies, Pastries, Chips, Beef jerky amongst the snack options that were displayed. A roll of paper towel stand for any messes while snacking. The small details of this place was pretty awesome from the entrance door handle to the decor inside. So while they took in my car to see the issues - I sat in one of the cushioned chairs by the entrance windows - And I was falling asleep. One of the staff said to me - there is a massage chair in the back you can lay there and sleep if you want. At first I did not know how to take that - I thought he just did not want me sleeping in front of customers coming in etc - But I took his advice and the massage chair is located by the other exit door in the back. After waiting for diagnosis - One of the staff came to me and stated the concern. I agreed with the issue and was there from 730 and almost 12pm.
