I had 4 tires replaced here at the Haines City Walmart auto care center. When I went to pick up my…read morevehicle I did a quick inspection and noticed they did not replace the valve stems. I went in to ask about it, the tech said they replaced them, so I told him they were not replaced because they were covered in brake dust. Then he said I declined them I told him I would never decline having them replaced. So he mumbled something in spanish then left and then came back with the team lead, she then tells me that they ran out of them. I told her that's practically impossible for them to be out of value stems. So then she tells me to come back in another time to have them replaced. I paid $19 for each tire to be replaced properly with new valve stems. Walmart should be ashamed for hiring incompetent people who lie to their customers. They will never again get my business. Returned three weeks later to have them install the Valve stems that were to have been replaced when the tires were replaced. I waited over three hours in Walmart to find out that they didn't even do it correctly. I had to speak to the manager again so they brought the car back in for a third time, hopefully they're gonna correct it this time. I doubt it. I have no confidence in them. Whatever you do do not bring your car to a Walmart auto service center. You'd be better off paying a little more and having somebody reputable to work on your vehicle.
