They have 3 6tops. And 10 4tops... The DoorDash is gonna take a couple minutes. So I ask them what the most expensive plate is , and it's gonna be the gold level crawfish , combo. Music is chill.I have a lot of Louisiana stuff around.I'm from LA so I like the name. Doordash Slow cuz it's seafood. Gold combo

That's a catfish and shrimp poboy - the fish fillet is bigger than the sandwich!

I love how fast and easy it is to order through the app for pickup. It makes it very convenient and saves me money from using other food apps that overcharges. Service was quick once I got there to pickup, minimum wait time. I've eaten here and ordered to go several times and have loved the food up until this experience. I orders the seafood gumbo, surf and turf poboy (chose shrimp & catfish) w/seasoned fries, and 12 pcs wings spicy lemon pepper and 5 spicy basil. There was only edible items in the order, the gumbo and fries. - The poboy looked delicious, huge piece of fish fillet that was piping hot. After taking a bite, I had to wash it down with a glass of water because it was so salty! I took apart the poboy and tried to eat the shrimp- it was barely warm, not piping hot like the dish and throughly overcooked where it no longer tasted like shrimp. The fish was the salty part, like someone went extra heavy. I had to throw it away. - The fries that came with the poboy were good, no complaints on those. - The chicken wings, tasted like salty rubber, extra heavy on the seasoning and thoroughly overcooked. This was also thrown away. - Seafood gumbo seasoning was good- could definitely use less rice so I didn't feel like I was eating a bowl of rice with a spoonful of gumbo. I doubt I'll be coming back anytime soon. If I do, it'll be for something not fried.

Super impressed by this place. I'm a boiling crab girlie through and through, I've tried other seafood boil places and this definitely beat boiling crab. You order first then get a table that has paper towels & a can for scraps already there. Water, limes, seasoning on the counter for you to grab! They also give you melted butter on the side. We ordered the crawfish pho and a pound of shrimp with the garlic butter and Cajun sauce. It looks like there's not that much sauce in the bag for the shrimp, but mannnnn you get a bang of flavor from the first bite. Unlike boiling crab where I feel like I'm dousing and re-dipping my shrimp back in the sauce for flavor. The crawfish pho was amazing to my surprise, the crawfish bits itself were very tasty and the soup had so much flavor. The noodles were meh tho, it was like noodles from those microwaveable pho you can buy at the store. I heard a lot of mixed reviews about this place but damn it was good and great hangover food too. We had pretty good service, staff was attentive and very helpful since it was our first time. Can't say too much about location since it was my first time in Houston. Parking is assigned to stores I believe. I'd recommend trying for yourself! And bring this to California!!!

Finally a place my seafood loving friends and I can enjoy. While I don't eat seafood I enjoyed my Wing basket from LA Crawfish. The Service was quick and efficient. The atmosphere is laid back. The Spicy Garlic wings were delicious and the seasoned fries as well. My friends enjoyed the garlic noodles as well. Overall great experience.

Got my crawfish fix right before going to Slander at LA Crawfish. I got their awesome garlic noodles and shared a pound of crawfish with garlic butter seasoning. The garlic noodles came with shrimp, sausage, and a puny little crawfish. The noodles were really thin, I would've preferred more thicker noodles to really take in the garlic flavor. The crawfish came out later, and they provided some better and cayenne as seasoning and dips. I didn't know what I was doing but I dipped the crawfish in both the butter and cayenne and it was pretty good. The crawfish was just really small since the season is basically over at this point. Overall this is a fairly decent crawfish spot. It's a nice option that's close by

Miguel was amazing. Very helpful and welcoming. I ordered a to go meal and he exceeded my expectations by bringing my meal to the car. Now let's get down to the food. I ordered the garlic noodles, fried wings and crawfish. Starting from least favorite to the best was the crawfish tails in sweet and sour sauce. They were fried a bit too hard and were really small. But they made up for that with the garlic noodles and fried chicken which were equally delicious. This place deserves a 8 out of 10 and I would give them a 10 out of 10 for customer service.

First stop in Houston! LA Crawfish for the win This should be your go to for good seafood. I ordered the seafood cheesy egg rolls and the crawfish fried rice and it was delicious. You order your food at the counter and then find a table. We went for dinner around 8:30 on a Sunday and it was a great experience. The cashier had a great personality and recommended both of my dishes. I was very pleased!

Cajun corn and andouille sausage 10/10
Jose G.

My coworker kept bugging me to go and try this place out. Today I gave in and I was not disappointed. We each had the gumbo, Cajun corn and Cajun andouille sausage. 10s all around. I thought they had plenty of flavor/seasoning but the perfect amount of spice. Too much sodium for me to eat here on a regular basis but I will definitely keep them in mind next time I need a flavor explosion.

Tried out the Spicy Beef Pho! Pretty solid pho.

I didn't get to take a pic or the cheesy crawfish rolls. Trust when I say I could come back solely for those. I still think about them to this day. Those rolls were so delicious and cheesy. The spicy beef pho was pretty solid. No complaints there. Our only issue was that the magic rice came out lukewarm. So I'm not sure if they just have a big batch sitting and didn't heat it up? Boiled shrimp also badass. Definitely worth a try.

I like this restaurant chain. My favorite thing is the fried rice b/c it's flavorful and it's a lot for the price. I hadn't tried their pho before but I was surprised by how good it is. It's a little pricey for the size but the flavor makes up for it. The service was great. The restaurant is spacious but the restrooms needed attention.

I live across the street. This spot hits a few seafood cravings for me. The garlic butter mussels, chicken wings, and crawfish pho. I'm working through the menu. Tonight I'm trying the Cajun Curry and added lemon pepper to my spicy garlic butter mussels. The mussels are fat and delicious. I usually get take out but it's an upbeat environment and fun to eat here. If you want a casual seafood spot, I recommend. Also, Miguel is super friendly and helpful. It's refreshing to have someone seem to care about their spot and good to chat with.

Just before closing, we had the place to ourselves and got to shoot the S with the owner who gave us its very cool history. 38 years in, and a few miles on his ledger, Marty still cranks out some fabulous food! The place was like walking into the 50's, with the old school metal tables and ample linoleum. I LOVE Louisiana cooking, and it couldn't have been more authentic. The only problem I had with my shrimp gumbo is the bowl was too small (actually a filling portion) and loaded with succulent, tender shrimp. Yummmmm! The cornbread was sublime and dipping it in the gumbo was killer! John had a Po Boy and said it was heavenly. The fries were obviously fresh cut and perfect. We finished with the bread pudding as we are both connoisseurs, and boy did it not disappoint. Thank You for yet another 5 star experience and a return visit will be on the horizon! Cheers, JimG

The shrimp and grits were unique and unlike any I've had before. The batter wasn't overly crunchy and crispy, it tasted like it was made not bought. The shrimp were crisp and not limp. The hush puppies were dense and not all bread, they felt homemade.

I will say that there is some confusion on where to go for ordering in vs picking up ordered food and the noise level was quite high. The employees were very friendly and helpful however and made sure we were helped in as timely a manner as was possible. A nice place to get some fried seafood.

Amazing restaurant!…read more Was looking for amazing restaurants in Houston and stumbled upon Crawfish cafe as a highly recommended restaurant and I was not disappointed! Came here around 2 pm on a weekday. We found out that they have a great happy hour from 3 pm - 7 pm so we relaxed until that time. Their happy hour deals are amazing and they have great selections. We ordered so much! We got a pound of crawfish, the garlic noodles with shrimp, the salt and pepper shrimp, the crawfish beignets, and the boudain balls. Everything was super delicious and flavorful! Our waitress was a sweetheart and we really enjoyed having her as our waitress. She was very personable and made sure we were good all around. Even the manager came over and asked how we were doing which we really appreciated. This is a true seafood place and felt like it. I'm so happy we came and I was not disappointed!

Nut allergy friendly: Pretty much no issues here!…read more Parking: There's some in the strip mall but definitely less than at the Bellaire location. Time to Appetizers: 20 Minutes Time to Crawfish: 25 Minutes It's a solid branch from the main location in Bellaire, but they're missing some things. For example, the Bellaire location has the new Viet-Cajun flavor of sauce that hasn't debuted here yet (though you can DIY a mix). (Review is for July 2026 if they've updated since then) We got here at 6:05PM and got seated with no issues. Ordered the following: Combo #1 with extra corn and potatoes (3.5/5): Crawfish isn't in season, so don't be surprised at my low rating. It's still great and flavorful all around. Garlic Noodles with Shrimp (4/5): Still incredibly rich and buttery and garlicy and great for a palate cleanser. I'd skip the shrimp; you get eight pieces for $10 extra and that's not really worth it. Crawfish Beignets (4.5/5): Still a fantastic appetizer. Comes out hot, crispy, buttery, and is a really indulgence. 1 lb. Little Neck Clams (4.5/5): I liked these more than the crawfish tbh. It really does depend on what's in season. Very easy to eat, very flavorful. Service was generally good but our server seemed slammed; it took a long time to get water refills and to place extra orders (we got a second order of beignets to-go). Market price for crawfish is high and they're not in season, so don't be afraid to ask. The Combo #1 in July 2026 was $22. Overall, I'll probably be back during crawfish season especially because it's more convenient for me than the Bellaire location, but the Bellaire location has it beat for general atmosphere after the remodeling and much better options for mixes there.

The Pasta Rosa dish had sliced Parmesan strips on top of penne with shrimp, crawfish and sausage for the protein with mushrooms and a tomato cream sauce. This meal initially tricked me. My first impression was that while there was plenty of protein the taste of the tomato cream sauce was lacking some flavor. I expected more. However as I kept eating and getting beyond the top layer of the food the flavor increased significantly. I think that the proteins caused the sauce in the lower half of the dish to create more punch. This dish got better and better and I changed my mind. I am a huge Crawfish Cafe fan in general, but this was my first time visiting this location. It's a very nice location in what looks to be a newer shopping center. There's tons of parking available. I can't remember exactly what day we came, but it was pretty busy at lunch time. Luckily we were able to be seated right away at a booth. Service was great from start to finish. Our main goal eating here that day was to convince our out of state friend how great crawfish is. Her one experience before wasn't great but I knew coming to Crawfish Cafe would change her mind. We started off with a few of my favorite appetizers. First off was some a sampler of oyster. I'm more of a chargrilled oyster fan and that was my favorite of the bunch even though they were all good. I just gotta have calamari anywhere I go. They do it really well here and add some Cajun flair to theirs. We also shared some of the wings. They do more of a dry Cajun rub and it is very good. Two of us went with boil combos. I like the Combo 1 which comes with 1 pound of crawfish, 1/2 a pound of shrimp, 1 corn and 1 potato. It's the right amount of food for me since I am a slow peeler. I also added a sausage link. My go to for sauces is the signature house blend which is a combination of their garlic butter and kickin' Cajun. It always hits the spot. The day we came, the crawfish were big and easy to peel. The sauce was on point and it had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. Our out of town guest had the etouffee and loved it, but also loved some of our boiled crawfish as well. I think we did a solid job of converting a once crawfish hater thanks to Crawfish Cafe. This location was great and I would happily come back next time I am in the area.
