We didn't even get a chance to order a drink because a table was ready that quickly. We didn't order an appetizer we just went straight to the meal. My wife ordered the fish taco dinner with corn tacos and I had the ground meat tacos with flour tortillas.Well, to make a long story short, the tacos were a big disappointment. My wife said the seasoning on the grilled fish tacos was nonexistent. Whenever we order tacos she usually gets the grilled fish taco's and she said these just weren't up to snuff. As far as my tacos they were pretty bad. They were greasy and gummy, a bad combination. I don't know if it was my fault that I didn't specify corn tortillas but I thought tacos were with corn tortillas unless you asked for flour tortillas. Anyway, I couldn't even finish mine..My wife washed hers down with a beer as did I. The service was great and there's a magician who goes around the tables doing magic tricks while you're waiting for your food. We loved him. It was almost worth going just to see him. Dressing. This one did not and was room temperature. Even with the dressing (which obviously isn't homemade but was serviceable) still not a Caesar. Caesars in good restaurants are on a chilled plate but that's minor (this was frankly out-of-the-dishwasher warm) compared to it NOT BEING a Caesar. Wasn't very busy (we were in the big room with all the slices of trees on the wall) had about five tables and 15-17 people total? Service was pretty slow. The server was very nice, but the fact that I'm having to tell the server that a Caesar is supposed to have Caesar dressing (which they do carry. The kitchen just hadn't put it on anywhere on the salad.) speaks to a lack of training. Salsa was average, but not exceptional. Overall, completely middle of the road. I'm Coloradan and I'm used to amazing Mexican food and this was below average. Hence the three stars. If Yelp had a 1-10 scale it would get a 3 or 4.
