I was sooooo sad they didn't have a bigger inside space set up. We really wanted to sit and work somewhere but that's okay- this just isn't the place for that. They had limited options in my opinion- but some options nonetheless. I had a hot draft latter and it was delicious. The coffee shop itself is small so there are only a few tables, and it's best to take the coffee to go and find a spot outside in the nearby triangle to sit. The staff are always kind but during the mornings you will be waiting close to 20 minutes to get coffee because of the line. read more

Coffee is good as per the brand but the service was horrible on a Saturday morning. Didn't mind waiting in the long line at all and it moved fast, but the staff was rude and condescending. My mom asked about their pastry options and was given the bare minimum for answers, but he was still nice. The bar staff was rude when giving us our drinks, didn't tell me where the trash can was so I left my two straw wrappers on the counter and then the bar guy yelled to everyone "there's a trash can around the corner!" Stopped at this coffee shop after my redeye flight and visited multiple times throughout my stay in Chicago. The coffee is DELICIOUS and the baristas were very friendly too. The coffee although expensive, was definitely worth every dime and I appreciated the art as well. The pastries sell out quickly and I recommend to get there early to get one. This place usually has a line out of the door and almost around the block, but if you get there early or stop by midday, you won't have to wait in a line. There are a couple of tables to sit at, but wouldn't recommend trying to work from here if you have meetings due to the busy nature of the cafe. read more

The coffee shop itself was cute and quaint but the dark haired girl working the counter couldn't have been more passive-aggressive. The moment we walked in, she mentioned my dog (on Yelp it says pets welcome) and her tone was just not friendly. We got there close to closing time and she said: "No rush but we're closing in 5 mins." And surely rushed us out. I know everyone wants to go home after working a shift but she could have much better customer service skills. People can tell when you're being fake nice and passive-aggressive and clearly she doesn't like her job. read more

I had only ever had their canned drinks since we don't have the cafes in MN - so I asked for a recommendation for something without Oatmilk (bothers my stomach), after hearing her recommendations I went with the iced Whole Milk Draft Latte. She even went out of her way to make sure I didn't have an oat allergy and mentioned that there's a chance of cross-contamination. The iced latte was some of the smoothest coffee I've ever had. It was creamy and just a touch sweet from the whole milk. I wish I could have it every day!
