For drinks, my husband and our friends tried some of the margaritas from their large and unique margaritas menu, as well as their hibiscus agua fresca. All of the drinks were very pretty and it seemed like everyone enjoyed them, too! We started with their chips and salsa trio, which we all really liked. The chips were on the thicker side, but were crispy and not stale or chewy at all. Each of the salsas were quite different, and two were served warm, which we really liked! For the price, I'd consider getting the chips and salsa as a non-negotiable, honestly. For entrees, we tried the enchilada rojas, chilaquiles verde w/ chicken and beef, birria barbacoa ramen, and huaraches. My husband felt like his ramen could have included more meat, but aside from that everyone really enjoyed what they ordered. The highlight was probably the desserts, though! We got a quatro leches and two ordered of their giant and amazing churros. Both were incredibly tasty and reason enough to return for another visit in the future!

This place has one of the best drinks, both of my our drinks was delicious . I'd come back here just for the drinks alone. The food wasn't too bad. We had one of the worst dining experiences ever at Ambriza La Centerra. After living in Houston for…read more15 years and dining all over the city, this was by far the most disappointing restaurant experience we've had. What made it even more frustrating is that we've been to the Cypress location many times, and every single visit there has been exceptional -- great food, great service, and consistently enjoyable. Unfortunately, the La Centerra location was the complete opposite. We waited over an hour for our food, only to receive the wrong appetizer. The fajita plate arrived cold and without rice, beans, or tortillas. We sent both dishes back. The replacement appetizer -- ceviche tostadas -- finally arrived, but it was overloaded with lemon to the point of being unbearably sour. Meanwhile, there were still no tortillas, rice, or beans in sight. No drink refills, no updates, and barely any service during the entire wait. After another long stretch of waiting, we finally asked the server what was happening, only for her to return and tell us the kitchen was closing and they no longer had tortillas, rice, or beans available. At that point, after nearly 1.5 hours, we walked out with nothing but a to-go box of fajita meat. To the manager's credit, they removed the appetizer and fajita charges from the bill, but the experience itself left such a bad taste that it completely overshadowed the gesture. Extremely disappointing, especially compared to the excellent standards we've experienced at the Cypress location. Sadly, we will not be returning to this location.

We were under the impression that it was $39, but when the ticket came, it came out to $75. The large pitcher is $55. So that made no sense. Manager made the "correction" for the "miscommunication" -- his words. However, the manager mid way through our experience provided a complimentary queso. Thanks but our time was wasted majority of the service and our server wasn't rude, but she wasn't great or attentive. A member of our party had to go to the bar to get the manager's attention again to take our check. The manager for the night (Hispanic man with glasses), tried to be accommodating but failed. We were there from 6:53 p.m. on a Saturday to 8:45 p.m. ish. Overall, terrible experience! And to make it worse, it was my friend's birthday!

They have burritos with fries, a Crunchwrap looking medley with fries, loaded fries, etc I ordered through DoorDash, and I ordered relatively late. They're not too far away, maybe a couple miles, and it took about an hour to get my burrito and fries The food itself looks amazing online. Messy, but amazing. It looks even better late at night. The order arrived and still looked appetizing. The portions were sizable, especially the loaded fries (CBR Fries). The taste was less than desirable on both (CBR Burrito and CBR Fries). It didn't taste overly flavorful other than salt, and each dish was so salty I couldn't stomach more than a both of either I know I was slightly up charged using DoorDash, but each dish was close to $20. So, for $40 + fees/tip on my end to have something pretty much inedible wasn't great when I was literally hungry for anything I can't speak to the overall ambiance other than what I see online. There appear to be a trendy food court style set up, with many food options to choose from Some tips: Available on DoorDash, and open late.
