Sometimes when you're stoned you do the weirdest things and crave the weirdest stuff. I was scrolling on DoorDash for what felt like 67 years when I stumbled on Deep Purpl. Their menu literally screamed exactly what my munchies were demanding, so obviously I ordered everything. First up the Acai Bowl 20oz with banana, strawberry, kiwi, granola, organic honey, extra strawberries, and chia seeds. I am telling you this bowl changed me as a human. I had never had an Acai Bowl before and now I'm obsessed. Every fruit was fresher than fresh, the granola was a spiritual experience, and the balance of flavors was ridiculous. Then I got the PB Toast and I'm still asking myself why I hesitated to pay $6.99 for it. GAWD it was amazing. Crispy bread, peanut butter, banana, strawberries, blueberries, honey drizzle. The best $6.99 piece of toast I have ever had in my life. Because I clearly have no self-control I also grabbed the spinach and cheese empanada and malbec and beef empanada. No words. Everything was fantastic. Every single item was a joy to inhale and I will absolutely do it again. The DoorDash pick-up was super easy and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only minor gripe is they don't provide bags so I had to carry everything individually walking home, which was slightly annoying. But honestly the food, the vibes, and the experience? 10 out of 10. Will be back.

I ordered the Turkey Sandwich, and while the delivery experience was less than ideal (thanks to my DoorDash drivers--yes, there were four of them, and my order ended up being an hour late), I can't hold that against the restaurant itself. I was fully prepared to be disappointed, especially fearing a soggy sandwich after such a long wait. But to my surprise, the sandwich was amazing! The ingredients were super fresh, and everything just came together perfectly. It really impressed me, and I honestly didn't expect to be blown away by a simple turkey sandwich. I highly recommend giving Urban Treez a try! I'll definitely be ordering again, just hoping the delivery experience is a little smoother next time.

One of the things I love about coming here is the customer service because it's really great, especially from one of the really nice girls who works in the mornings on weekdays (I need to get her name and edit this review because she's so nice) and their oatmeal bowls are some of the best I've had and I'm pretty picky about my oatmeal. Another positive is they can do a 100% nut free smoothie because they have separate blenders for people that can't have nuts and I think that's amazing. I've seen places that mix nut and nut free in the same blenders and that's so dangerous / frustrating. I'll definitely continue coming here

From the start, I was greeted by the smiliest (yes, I know it's not a word) preteen, beaming with pride as she handed me the menu while the other woman working was outside. That moment alone set the tone--the place spoke frankly, and I felt welcome. Now, let's talk about the food. The waffles with toasted pancakes were a treat, and when I asked to add bananas, there wasn't the slightest complaint. I also ordered the Meat Lovers Skillet--oh my goodness! The red potatoes were soft, seasoned perfectly, and plentiful. The chef was generous with the ham, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, jalapeños, and green peppers. The best part? Those extra veggies weren't even part of the original skillet--they were suggested by the waitress, and she absolutely knew what she was talking about. It ended up being the veggie boost I didn't know I needed. What really moved me, though, was watching family and community woven together so seamlessly inside this little spot. It almost brought tears to my eyes. I needed this respite. I needed the children. I needed the Meat Lovers Skillet. I needed those Saturday morning cartoons. For thirty minutes, I sat in pure peace and joy. Every moment mattered. Thank you. P.S. The only reason this review isn't five stars is the clutter--my ADHD knocked it down one. I regret not ordering two orders, it came with a special Verde salsa . I also ordered a side of strawberry French toast, I highly recommend. For my main dish I ordered the southwestern omelet, I thought it was ok... they forgot the cilantro so I asked for a side , I was expecting a bit more of a kick as well, it should be noted that the potatoes were perfectly crispy but I had to add salt.
