Three years later one of the tastiest Mexican food places in brighton park with an authentic Mexican menu. They have expanded their drink menu with a bar and they have outside seating as well. The service is great. Everyone has been super friendly and attentive. Parking lot is available and street parking as well. I really enjoyed the caldo de camarón y pescados. We ordered two kid's taco meals which comes with beans and rice. I ordered individual fish tacos. Meals took awhile to come to our table as we continue to get down to last chip in the basket. The waiter apologized for a long wait as we asked for a refill of chips, the waiter replied that the third round of chips has a cost for refill. which was odd since we never had the second round. The kids meal came out shortly after the confusion with the round of complementary chips. Kids meal taco's came out plain without cilantro and onion and kids asked for radish and limes. The waiter said they don't come with them without a charge. Which is odd, when we order take out from this place many times as we get limes and radish without a charge. We replied with a question on why there is a charge for limes and radish when you dine in. He looked at us and then said he will just get us the limes and radish without a charge. It all started around the time they expanded and renovated the restaurant years ago. I loved the char they'd get on the perfectly seasoned carne asada. The guacamole included with the quesadillas was great too. At one point, I was a regular ordering once a week. One day they swapped out the guac for beans and tried to tell me that's how it's always served. You can't tell me that when I'd been placing the same order weekly. I digress. When we got there, the meal was already on the table with a napkin on top to cover dust (how generous of them!). It was so good on the first day that we returned on the 2nd day. I ordered different things so that I don't feel like I was repeating Mexican food for 2 days in a row. My favorite was queso fundido. I would order it again without a doubt. They serve "arrachera"'tacos instead of just Carne Asada. I ordered two arrachera tacos and one de lengua an another de al pastor. The arrachera was grilled perfectly and were very tasty. Their al pastor was very good and came with pieces of pineapple. And their lengua looked a little odd at first. This wasn't your typical lengua that's just cut up in but in your taco. It was wet and already marinated in their own sauce. After a few bites, I was really impressed at how amazing it tasted. I will admit, It didn't look good at first. I will definitely come back again. Amazing service, high prices on the tacos but definitely worth the price.
