If you as a business screw something up, check before you argue with a customer about it, and YOU as the business have the responsibility to get it fixed. Not the customer. Absolutely dogshit customer service. Been eating here for years and never had a issue till now. Yall need to fire her and find someone who can read. Was easily one of the Top 3 burgers I have had in Jonesboro & Top 5 that I have had in NEA. All have been pretty solid choices. When there just a few days ago there were 5 employees in the kitchen busy as bees and getting it done. The downfall to being a busy business and not having enough staff(which is the case everywhere) is there are some things that don't get attended to as often as needed. The floors were a little sticky, but I'm not eating on the floor & it seems to be more from the sealant wearing off. Trays were piling up on top of the trash cans, customers were wiping off tables and not once complaining, and it was about time to change out the teas. However, if they had stopped for 2 seconds to worry about any of these things then the customers would have been waiting forever for their orders and would have been more upset about that. Lesser of 2 evils I suppose. All of the staff had a big smile and were very helpful w/any and all questions from customers. Food is def NOT overpriced at all. It's 100% worth every penny. Ignore the miserable crotchety folks and support local. Give em a shot, and if something is wrong just address it while you are there. (I enjoy straight tequila and the occasional sweet drink so this was exactly what I wanted). For food, I tried the chicharron taco, the pastor taco, and the carnitas taco. So yummy! I was craving the lengua taco but they were sadly out. I'm planning on returning to try it though! They give you 4 different hot sauces as well... they come in little jars so they definitely seem homemade! Also, service was absolutely excellent. They do have tables & chairs if you want to eat there or you can grab it and go. Super friendly service. You order at their booth and then pay at the gas station register. They have different options almost every day, but it's basically tacos, quesadillas, burritos, kinda thing. The sausage breakfast taco was my fav on this trip. The chorizo was pretty solid too. Def get the hot sauce! It is very good and doesn't take away from the great taste of whatever you choose to fill your tortillas with.
