We had a party of three come in after the rush. This is a hopping place for locals. We were traveling for a conference. We had been told good food and large portions. So, we tried it out. I got the shrimp basket. It was hot and fresh. The food had been cooked fresh. Our server was quick and always there to help. One of our party has a gluten allergy. This poses many problems. He came back with that menu. They were accommodating. The atmosphere is a bar and grill. TV's on and sports playing. I missed photos of the food, but got menu and pics. read more

Come for the $8 martinis, stay for the food, and maybe never leave. This spot is the go-to for locals, and now (us tourists) know why. Admittedly, the Yelp reviews had us bracing for questionable service, but we totally lucked out. Our server Destiny was an absolute gem, friendly, fast, and kept those martinis flowing like it was her superpower. (Bless you, Destiny.) The place was packed on a Friday night, but the energy was fun and lively. We started with the dry rub wings (crispy, flavorful, gone in minutes), and then caved to the siren song of "The Pig Dip." Three kinds of pork swimming in melty, cheesy glory? Yes, please. Honestly, can I get a vat of that stuff to go? Great drinks, solid food, and a vibe that says, "Yeah, you're gonna want to come back." read more

Went for breakfast--WOW!!! Service very friendly and fast. Cool atmosphere, wonder how crazy it is on game night though. Seems like a great place to grab a burger and drinks. Pleasantly surprised with hot n tasty food quality--getting more and more rare in Jonesboro. Our new breakfast spot, minimum. Definitely will be back so please keep CARING employees happy! They make or break a business anymore. read more

Best wings I may have ever had! Hubby lived his loaded dog! Fries were perfectly crispy. Great service.

Poor-Food Poor Management. Food was Poor. Manager could care less about the food being served or resolving any issues.

Don't go during the live music or sit far away, because it is very obnoxious. Everything else is good. Unfortunately we had to sit about 20' from the cover band. Very bad experience read more

The lunchtime $9.00 burger special was nice. The food was good. Being lied to by our server about extra fees and charges wasn't appreciated. read more

The food was good. It's a cool atmosphere. It took an hour to get our food. The catfish poboy was good. the catfish tacos were tasty.

I've been numerous times since 2018, about every 8 months I will find myself there for another shot. Each time I just about seat myself, I use the entirety of my lunch hour just putting in my order and waiting on refills or my beer to come, that is if it ever does come. Even when the restaurant is nearly empty there is still zero sense of urgency, and even still the tables are sticky and dirty. There's more seating than there could ever be parking, albeit its great location. The ex employees brag how everyone there is drinking or "using" to stay afloat in that environment. Also the Gooby Burger made me excuse myself to throw up and explode out the other end while in a business meeting. read more

We waited for an hour and had for our food, and our server didn't check on us once in that hour.

Hands down one of the most overrated restaurants I've been to. The wait takes forever and a decade. I went once on a Sunday morning recently but the first time I went was around the time they first opened so it wasn't busy. Service was much better then but the nachos I tried were terrible, I had to eat off my dates plate instead. The wings are extremely small and I think it's a rip off. It also comes with no sides. The bloody Mary is terrible too. The waiters are nice, the wait just takes forever and the food is mediocre. I'm sorry. read more

UPDATED: based on my last three visits, the kitchen appears to have solved the long wait times. Now the best burger in town with no downside! Love the local vibe and A-State decor. read more

DO NOT come in on Thursdays the guy that does "karaoke" is terrible and way too loud.

Food and service was top notch!!!! The wings were excellent and our waiter was great.

Got kicked out after being seated and told they couldn't serve us because someone had it reserved at 7 and it was 5:45 the kids do not give two craps that work there I hope they suffer because that's not the way to treat people they do not deserve to stay in business there food is mediocre at best also. We had dinner here last night, service was not good. We started with "spicy" corn bites, they were not spicy at all. I had the Turkey burger, it was good but my onion rings were cold. Husband had wings, they were cold and almost no meat on them. read more

Great place for beer and wings! Lively atmosphere from the college students and I hear they have live bands on the weekends. Staff was friendly and the music playing was spot on. The burgers were juicy and big in portions. The wings were savory and flavorful no matter which rub or sauce you order. I tried to eat healthy on this trip so I ordered the ahi tuna salad. It came with a side of horseradish ranch(?) and it had a great kick to it that cleared any sinuses. read more

My first negative review to leave ever... Do not go here unless you have half a day to waste! We waited over an hour and 45 minutes for our food. Ended up having to take it to go. No one even came up to apologize until the very end when they could tell we were not happy. Other tables complaining and leaving left and right. This place needs to get it together! read more

Don't bring your children or family here if you care about the quality of air you breathe while eating. They let anyone openly smoke at their establishment. Very disgusting. It's a shame because the food was damn good but I will not subject my 5 year old son or myself to cigarette smoke in the eating sections of the restaurant. read more

Whenever we can't decide on where to go out to eat in Jonesboro, we seem to always end up here! Great place!

This was our first time here, but we waited an hour for our food, then it was cold as well, like it sat somewhere ignored for 45 minutes. My chicken strips were over cooked and cold and the fries were cold. It was during lunchtime but a lot of people came ate and left after we sat down. And a side note the women's restroom non ADA stall is tiny! Like 12inches from the front of the toilet to the door. Weird. read more

Great food. Their burgers are good. Bbq nachos were very different from one time to the next. One was great the other I threw away. So not sure which was their norm. But everything else I've gotten here was good. read more

I wanted to get a really good lunchtime burger, and JTown did not disappoint! The onion rings were surprisingly good, and the burger was not the frozen patty style. They were busy and slightly understaffed, in the front, as it took a while to be served and get food. If you come here on your lunch hour, you might be pressed to get back, on time, to work. Overall, they offer a good product. read more

I love JTown's! The salmon sandwich is delicious, and the fries are super crispy. Their breakfast is also really good. Eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes are *chef's kiss*. Not overpriced. Friendly staff. It's a chill atmosphere with a relaxed, fun vibe. I always stop by when I'm in Jonesboro. read more

Sat by an uninsulated window that was freezing! Bad service, sat for an hour before getting our mediocre food. Got the wrong burger and my fries had random crap-- breakfast potato's and lettuce when I did not have lettuce on the burger. Waiter did not check up on us at all the whole time. Will not come again. read more

I had the turkey sandwich and fries, wife had the turkey wrap and chips. The sandwich and wrap were especially delicious. The fries were hard and cold. My wife's chips were burnt up. Could not eat them unless you have steel teeth. The service was fast and polite. The wait time from the kitchen is extremely slow. Took about 35 minutes to get our food and the restaurant was less than half full. read more

Great food, great atmosphere, great service!!! Make sure to order the queso. Burgers are definitely the best in town

This place has been here for a minute and I'd never tried it. Today, after church, the wife suggested we go somewhere for brunch and JTown's was the only brunch place I'd never tried. So we hit it up. The first thing I noticed when we arrived was the amazing smell. It smelled like bbq and burgers and deliciousness. It was busy but they got us seated fairly quick. The wife ordered the Mexican omelet, my son got the kids cheese burger (surprise), my daughter got the pancakes, and I got the Tijuana burrito. Let's start with the kiddos. Both of them voted their food the best ever. Simple enough. My son is a cheeseburger connoisseur. So it's saying a lot to hear him say "best burger ever." My daughter loved her pancakes that were loaded with chocolate chips and cake with a couple slabs of thick cut, peppery bacon. My wife's Mexican omelet was amazing. It was an egg white omelet with taco meat and guacamole topped with queso and jalapeño. I tried it. It was really fantastic. My burrito was an awesome combo of taco meat and chorizo. It also had guacamole, egg, and hash browns. This thing was freaking delicious. I don't think it's ordered that much because the waitress didn't even know what it was - I had to show her on the menu. Let me tell you, though. If you like chorizo you should try this thing. I love all Mexican - read my other reviews - and chorizo is one of my favorite things to eat. This place is fantastic. I don't want to overuse the word "fantastic" but that's the best way to describe it. If you love good food and the Red Wolves then you'll love JTown's Grill. I plan on visiting this place a lot more now that I've tried it out. You should, too! read more

When you ask Yelp best sandwiches in town JTown grill at the time, was way down the list. But that sandwich was delicious. Tried the southern pride and it was sloppy but so darn good . The pimento cheese complimented the tartness of green tomatoes and the pickle and bacon sent it over the top. Half a dozen napkin sandwich but so worth the effort. If you like having a ton of food options on the menu you will love J town grill. On a nice day you can sit outside on either the side or front patios. I love the location as it is close to all of my friends so we are all able to commute there easily. The menu items have the most fun names such as "Gas Station Corn Nuggets" Today we came here for brunch which was exciting to find out they are amongst a few restaurants in Jonesboro that serves Brunch. Another exciting find was the 96 ounce Mamosa tower that you can order and split between the table. How fun!! We ordered the omelettes and one of my friends got the barbecue nachos. I was very impressed with the size of the omelettes neither one of us could finish the entire meal. You can choose add egg whites versus yellow egg for an additional $1. Between all four of us Brunch and drinks we spent $78-that's a steal!! read more
