Everything about this burger was exactly what I want it to be like. THICK hand made patties, fresh condiments, and the absolute best bacon ever put on a burger! The bacon alone made me want to drive back for a BLT, which might happen next week when I can get back over there. Before I walked away I tucked $20 in their tip jar, because I knew if it tasted as good as it looked I would lose sleep thinking I got that dream burger for free. They can mess up an order every time & I'll still wait in line to eat there again!!! The only thing on the sandwich that says "rueben" is Swiss cheese and thousand island dressing (and I'd argue that thousand island dressing doesn't go on a true rueben). I'm just splitting hairs here, though. The sandwich was amazing. I got the small and immediately regretted not getting the large. The service here was quick and friendly. The soda machine had to reboot (who knew soda machines needed to reboot??) so it took a while to get my drink. That's just the age we live in, though, so I'm not complaining. Furthermore, the soda fountain area appeared unclean, with the same soda residue and splatter around the cup dispensing area that I observed six days earlier. The fact that it remained in the same condition across multiple visits raises concerns about cleanliness and attention to detail. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall customer experience at this location.
