My friend and I dined here recently for an early supper. It was my very first visit to this establishment. We were both craving salads, so I had the whole-sized Greek salad. Mine was a bit disappointing, as it merely had black, sliced, pizza olives on it (as well as tomatoes, lettuce, etc.) Just a few Kalamata olives would have dramatically elevated the salad. My friend's house salad looked far more flavorful, and he said that he enjoyed it. We split a personal-sized pizza, with individualized ingredients for us on each half. However, it took awhile for our pizza to arrive. Initially, somebody else's small pizza was accidentally delivered to our table, but our waitress caught the mistake and took it away. I would have eaten it, though. The ingredients used on our shared pizza were both flavorful and fresh: pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, and red onions. During their Friday early-dinner time, the establishment's atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant. I liked how this out-of-the-way joint had a friendly, neighborhood vibe to it, and that it wasn't jam-packed with college students. I was impressed that live music began at about 6:00 pm. A guitarist/singer going by the name Madison Ellen (Mothershed) adeptly covered tunes from various musical eras. She even took song requests. Her voice had a very pleasant tone, and her guitar-playing was quite impressive. I look forward to buying her album when she releases it in a few months! Our waitress, Lindsay, was friendly, informative, and efficient. I would be pleased to sit in her section again. I liked how she was open to feedback about the food menu and bar offerings. (For instance, I suggested that they offer more than merely the inferior O'Doul's as their sole nonalcoholic beer selection.) Three-and-half stars, rounded up to four stars; mainly due to the nicely relaxing atmosphere, as well as the excellent live music without a cover charge. I recommend this eatery, and hope to return again soon in order to try more of their pizzas. read more

Went there on a Friday night, they had live music @ 6 pm. I had the house salad with ham. It was excellent. They have a huge tv on the wall if you want to watch a sporting event. Service was excellent read more

The pizza has changed. The signature flavor is gone, I assume due to a different sauce. The crust has been replaced with a hard, dry, preformed version and the toppings are reduced to a bare scattering on top of more cheese that does not make up for it. There's no longer anything special about it at all. I won't be going back. read more

my sister was in town to help me move we decided to go for pizza we all got our own 10in pizza the kid got pepperoni her husband got a supreme the waitress asked if he wanted black olives talk about good customer service. i ordered the widow maker "all meat" dam this is some of the best pizza i've ever had she also made me a roy rogers..... because they have a full bar then the kid had to drink some a couple too every time my glass hit bottom she was on it!! it's like she was standing next to me the whole time just waiting to refill my glass we also got some garlic sticks i'll be paying for that for the next couple of days"alergic to garlic" but man where they good i ate half of my pizza because it was so much food bet it's going to be even better tomorrow they even make there own ranch dressing from scratch! i bet the pizza sauce is also from scratch! it all was wonderful!!! any way be safe be the way if u don't know what a roy rogers is i'll tell u it's a Shirley Temple made with Coke and yes im old but not as old as my soul read more

I ordered a simple cheese pizza. It was how I could best measure the quality of the pizza and service. In this I'm not reviewing the restaurant but really only the pizza as a carry out option. You can go online and order, but the thing is the ordering system gives you no idea as to when it will be done or if it would be done. I was lucky enough to go in 15 minutes after ordering and it being ready. Everyone was nice and kind to me and it was no big deal getting my pizza and going home. Now it's so tempting to get pizzas for half the price at dominos or Pizza Hut, but after having pizza at places like here I finally realize the true difference. It is expensive for pizza compared to other corporate chains, but the quality is second to none. The cheese was nice, flavorful and not burnt. The crust was crisp but no too crispy and the flavor of the pizza was amazing. Cheese almost melted in your mouth and there was just enough sauce. This was one of the better pizzas I've had in a while, and I'm from New York. I would go here just for their pizza. But if it's indication of their other food, I would go! read more

Where is everyone?. . .it's so dark in here. If you like the dark (like, maybe you just had an eye exam) this is the place to go! The pizza here is better than the chain restaurants and quite possibly the best in Jonesboro (if you are going by NY standards however, buddy you're going to need to knock some stars off my reviews, remember I review on a generous regional curve). Service is nice and apparently there are music events here weekly. For me, Diamond Bear Presidential IPA is the primary reason to visit. read more

I'M A MEMBER! I was asked to "sign in" as I entered the restaurant. The doorman explained that since this is a dry county, only "members" can enter and/or partake of adult beverages. Apparently my chicken scratch was good enough to get me admission for the night. How funny! This is a dark, divey restaurant. Or maybe it's not divey, but it's so dark in here that I cannot tell the difference. It is rather clean, so that alone may disqualify it from being divey. I ordered the 10" supreme pizza with a Shock Top draught. It took a while to get here, but the pizza reminded me of what I loved about thin crust pizza from Pizza Hut in the 80s, you know, before Pizza Hut started cutting corners and stopped being delicious. Love that metal pan on which it came to me. Pizza Hut pizza used to come to me on a metal pan. Oh yeah, I remember that. Minus one star for being a bit slow and almost too dark inside. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and their caramel turtle cookie dessert. It was nearly closing time but the manager was nice enough to let us get our order in just under the wire! It was delivered quickly by a nice young man and really hit the spot. This was a pretty darn good no frills pizza. The cookie like dessert is rich so if you've got ice cream do it! NOTE: The largest size pie they have is only 14". This'll feed like one and a half hungry guys. They need an XL or something. But I guess it's not a negative considering I'm wanting them to serve even bigger pizzas. read more

This is a local spot! Fun atmosphere-The dining room is completely open with full bar on one side and a brick fireplace in the middle, that really adds an cozy feel. Great beer and wine selection including all of your staple and seasonal beers on tap. The staff was warm and welcoming. Our server was on point too, he was extremely attentive, informative, but not overbearing. At one point my sister dropped a bottle on the floor when trying to slide over in the booth (careful the booths are not bolted down). We were a little embarrassed, but the waiters were so nice and rushed to clean it up and even brought us another wet. The dish-I ate my weight in Pepper jack Sticks! Caution, this is not what you think of when you hear sticks (see picture). If you like jalapeños, try the Spicy Sticks too. I also ordered the Half Greek salad, but can't say I was too impressed by the quality. It included iceberg lettuce, sliced black olives, strong diced purple onion and croutons-basic but tasty. Stopped along the way from KS to AL. We ordered Pepper Jack sticks as appetizer, they were okay just bread sliced with cheese and toasted. We thought it would be more like breaded mozzarella sticks. The pizza took forever but Zach was honest with us...dropped the pizza and had to remake it. Loved the honesty. Great atmosphere with bar, wood framed tables, old time pictures, and big screen TVs. Great stop for traveling and the place was packed by the time we left. The margarita pizza-14in was fantastic with crisp crust and fresh ingredients. Hubby had 10 inch pepperoni and it was gone by the time we left! Definitely a great food stop!! read more

Our food and server were very good but everything else was kind of lacking. The restaurant was entirely too dark and the tables seemed to be too close together. It didn't help that there was a table of little girls beside us that kept running across the restaurant to another table of people they knew. This is no reflection on Upper Crust, just bad parenting. read more

This was my first and last time ordering from this place. The clerk at the front desk recommended it as a good delivery pizza. But my experience was frustrating! I called in an order at 7:04pm. At 7:53 pm when I hadn't received the order, I called to simply check on the status of the order and was placed on hold for --at this point 9 minutes and 33 seconds. The time is now 8:07. No pizza and I am still on hold. I called the number on my other phone and was told that the manager was handling it. The first phone, my cell is still on hold. A manager just clicked on after 14 minutes and 58 seconds on hold to tell me he is trying to figure out which driver has my order and how much longer it might be. At 8:14pm, the manager clicked back on to tell me that the driver should be here in about 10 minutes and is on his way. The driver arrived at 8:24 with a cold pizza and a drink with no straw. The pizza might have been ok, had it been at least warm. The crust was too tough to chew at this point. I definitely do not recommend!! read more

Love the pizza here. It's unique and delicious. My boyfriend loves the calzones. We always get an appetizer to split along with some cold beers to wash it down. They bands that come to play here are pretty good, we enjoy coming on the weekends for date night. The waiters and waitresses are super nice too. If you are ordering for delivery, the bigger the order the more your order will get messed up. The staff at OSC had a lot of lunch items wrong and had to wait for the pizza delivery man to bring the right foods and pick up his pizza warming bag that he left behind. They should be more organized with big orders, so currently OSC will be ordering out from a different pizza company during lunch time. I will only come to eat in or take out. read more

Food is great. Atmosphere is great. One of the more enjoyable places in jonesboro. A massively growing issue with uppercrust though is the seating. There will be crowds in the doorway all night with 5 booths open and 4 tables open. It makes zero sense. Why are they short on staff all of the time?! Put people in the damn booths and seats. Better they wait there then in the doorway. It's asinine and the ENTIRE city talks about it read more

Jonesboro is definitely lacking in non chain restaurants so I support this one anytime I can. They have non traditional pizza flavors which is something I appreciate after moving from Portland, OR. They also have tasty salads and yummy sandwiches. I enjoy getting some of their ranch and dipping my pizza into it...YUM!! Their crust is crisp like a cracker and their beer is good and cold!! I have been here a handful of times. The servers are great and the bar staff is amazing but fully expect to not get seated when you are supposed to. For some reason they activate pagers randomly and forget to activate others. I hope you know the manager before you go eat here otherwise you might not get seated. Just go to the bar and see Josh or Chelsea. They should run the show. read more

Salads are served on half frozen lettuce. The only way anyone I know eats them is if they are drenched in dressing. Pizzas and breadsticks lack flavor. Their calzones are okay and the beer is good. If you have to go there I suggest this combo. read more
