The best thing here was the service at the bar. I ordered a burger med rare. It was well at best. No pink, very little juice. My wife had their version of a patty melt, she forgot to order it med rare and it was cooked better than mine. Good hangout joint and would definitely try again but the food definitely missed on the temperature. Could have seated us practically anywhere considering the place was empty but chose the one place with sticky floor and wet towels that had obviously been there to dry up whatever was spilt but left there to just soak. Made the whole experience feel dirty. The service was fine but nothing spectacular. The food was decent. I had chicken strips that tasted similar to slims. They were prepared well enough and came with some pretty good fries. Parents had the ribeye and patty melt. Apparently their ribeye was pretty good but probably not worth the 40 bucks. Dad ate the whole patty melt sandwhich so it must have been pretty good too. The beer I had was a lost 40 seasonal but I'm not sure what it actually was. Tasted pretty good though. I wouldn't come back here. I was in town for graduation and took the recommendation of my hotel bartender. To be fair, he said he goes here for burgers...BUT the previous Yelp reviews made me think the salmon wouldn't be a horrible idea. Spoiler alert: it was. You see those sear marks on the salmon? It was burnt. Charred. Not tasty. 0/10 do not recommend. I was so excited about the Brussels that I almost ordered them as an appetizer even though I knew that would be more than I could finish. Once I saw that I could get them as a side, I was excited. I was wrong to be excited. There were too many different flavors mixed into it, and a distinct mustard flavor. Womp womp. THESE FRIES THO?! GET THEEEEEM!!! They are amaaaaazing!!! To be fair, I love potatoes. If I ever did happen back into this establishment, I'd only order fries. The place was busy on a Friday evening, so I sat at the bar (which was surprisingly open). The bartenders were nice and took care of me. I tried ordering a drink but they didn't have any of the ingredients I wanted so I just had water. Had destiny as a server. She was not attentive. Our pepper jack bites came out of the kitchen feeling like tiny rocks. Waited almost 30 minutes for our drink from the bar. Another server came to heck up on us and had to go make it. She accidentally made the drink wrong so we got a free drink (that was a bonus :). It was slightly busy, but there were still plenty of open tables. I will be back because I am addicted to the pepper jack bites, but overall this experience was really bad. For every aspect of the visit i have something negative to say about it with the exception of the server who helped turn things around. I wish I would have gotten her name to thank her. I really hope this was a one off and destiny was just having a bad night. read more

The place was pretty empty but they seated us in the back by the bathrooms - which I didn't like but I didn't say anything. I ordered a wing basket and my friend ordered shrimp and grits. After 10 minutes or so the waitress came back and told me they were out of wings. You didn't know that when I ordered? How do you run out of wings at 6:30 with only a handful of people in the joint? The bread was nice and the patty was cooked well but the flavor was just ok. I honestly could have gone to Hardee's and gotten a better and less expensive burger. I also did not receive the sweet potato fries I ordered. Shockingly, the fried pickles were the best thing I received and were truly delightful. Don't judge a book by its cover! When I walked in I thought I was on Bar Rescue but took the order to go to eat at hotel. Buffalo wings were a good solid sauce. Steak was supposed to be medium well but ended up well and tough. The grill flavor was heavy which was great. Burbon bread pudding made no sense but I liked it. Vanilla ice cream had no flavor which was weird. The baked potato may have been the worse ever had sadly was a hard flavorless rock. Also didn't realize how expensive it was.
