I completed my mobile order while at the gas station, only to arrive at the restaurant and greeted with "we're completely out of food". The young lady says again "we're out of food, did you have the mobile order" I replied "yes" and she says again "we can't make it you will have to cancel"..and this is where my problem begin. Outside of running out of food as soon as you seen my order come in, someone should've called to say we can't make it because we have no food. Better yet, mobile ordering should've been disabled! Even better..the app should allow me to cancel when things happen!! There was no way for me to cancel my order on the mobile app, so I asked the young lady for the number for corporate, she didn't have a number but stated her manager would be in Saturday morning and I let her know that I didn't live in town to just come back and asked for the managers number, she wouldn't give it. Next issue, she looked "old enough" so you should be able to handle these type of situations, because a simple call to your manager asking how to proceed in fixing this issue, would have sufficed, instead she went back to cleaning up for the night. I eventually left the restaurant and sat in my car and found an online contact for corporate. They responded Sunday offering 2 free entrees and stated that the team over the restaurant would follow up with them.. l. I asked for a refund and compensation...again one of my favorite restaurants so of course, I will return, maybe next year. I just hate there was no immediate resolve for not having food and being able to cancel my order. And I understand as an employee it's frustrating but they need more resolution training. Update 9/22/25: never heard anything from the local team about the issue but the online customer service team did process my refund in full and offered me 2 entrees for my inconvenience.

I substituted the cheese sauce for some delicious verde sauce. My sides included rice and beans. My friend had the Big Burrito, ordering steak within it. The serving was so huge, that he took half of it home with him! The prices were quite reasonable, and I believe that part of the affordability factor was that successful restaurants in Jonesboro find it wise to keep things in line with college students' budgets. Unfortunately, this restaurant offered zero nonalcoholic beers, so I opted to drink water. My friend seemed to enjoy his pair of frozen margaritas, despite the hilarious brain freeze that he inflicted upon himself by slurping them too quickly. The flan that I had for dessert tasted fresh and creamy. Parking was easy and ample. I think that I would probably return here again, especially during the work week.
