They did a fantastic job and I love my new floors! They were extremely professional, fast and thorough.

We had laminate flooring installed in all our bedrooms, upstairs hallway and office area. Also had baseboards replaced in our whole house. LA carpet provided competitive pricing and completed the installation ahead of the promised date. The installation crew of Farzan, Kami and Tone worked very efficiently and completed the project in time and with quality results. This is the second time that we had used LA carpet for our flooring needs and both times we have gotten excellent work. read more

We recently had our whole house Re-carpeted and on the date of installation the new carpet had stains most likely from the factory machinery. As you can imagine the whole house was in disarray for the carpet install. The installers had to leave since the new carpet was unusable. I gave Ray a call and he was on it. Within an hour they had located new a role of carpet and prioritized our install on the very next Monday only two days later. The installers completed the installation and did a first rate job. Ray even arranged for floor molding to be done the very next day, which wasn't in the original job quote, free of charge. That going the extra mile for great customer service. I highly recommend Ray and his team! read more

Ray came out to our home from LA carpet twice to give us quotes for a kitchen renovation and flooring for kitchen, dining room, & family room. The price was the best we had heard after talking to 3 others. The products were beautiful. We had the kitchen done and we keep getting so many compliments about our kitchen. Our flooring is laid and it's just beautiful. The trim looks so professional. They were here Wed.&Thurs. last week. They were just about finished when all our fire alarms went off. Our youngest autistic boy tried to light a candle and it started a fire. Quickly both workers jumped into helping to put it out. They went above and beyond and we were so grateful. There was only very small damage to a shelf and some clothes. Also, a worker (Luis) came today to fix a drawer that wouldn't close. He said it wasn't attached all the way so he fixed it and then check all the drawers and tighten them for us. We have received so many compliments on our kitchen and floor and we recommend LA Carpet to everyone. Thanks again Ray! read more

My experience with LA carpet was top notch. Ray was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. He came prepared and took his time to show us samples and provide details about the materials which would be used. Once we made our selections the prices came in and we're reasonable. The quality of the job is excellent and all work was finished within the quoted time frame. I highly recommend LA Carpet ask for Ray he will take care of you! read more

We recently redid the floors in our entire downstairs and went with LA Carpet. Ray accommodated our busy schedule and came over on a Sunday to give us an estimate. He was nothing but professional and kind. When we were ready to move forward I reached out to Ray and he came back out the very next day. We were able to get started almost immediately and his team completed the job within 3 days! Not only were they fast, but the lead contractor, Adam, was super kind and very professional. We are so happy with how our Luxury Vinyl Plank floors came out. We will definitely use LA Carpet again when we are ready to redo the carpet upstairs and our kitchen and bathroom countertops. Highly recommend! Ask for Ray! Thank you! read more

We purchased flooring and paid for installation and extra for floor leveling from LA Carpet. At first everything was looking good, but less than a year and a half later our floors started to peel and crack. They told us to put in a claim, which we did in early August 2021. Four weeks later a guy came to our place to access the flooring issues and then their assistance practically stopped. We were told we would hear back from them in a week which was mid Sep 2021. Nothing! We emailed to follow up mid Oct 2021 and we were told t that they were checking stock and that they would get back yo us in a week. Nothing! We emailed again in December 2021 and were told again that they would get back to us in a week. We are still playing this game and it's now mid January 2022. We now have a crawling toddler and the peeling floors are becoming a hazard. This is ridiculous that we stated our claim in Aug 2021 with still no resolution. The flooring might look nice but not for long and customer service is horrible. read more

Had a great time with Ray today. He came to do the estimates for our flooring. He came prepared with laminate samples, and politely offered his recommendations. He did an estimate and gave us different options. He prepared the contract and we signed the deal. Thank you Ray for great customer service. Trusting that the actual product/installation will be done as excellent. Excited to do another great review in a week's time. -Nandy read more

We were skeptical going with what we thought was a commercial/franchise flooring company. In fact, we did our due diligence and attained quotes from small businesses and other commercial competitors to install flooring in our entire house. We are so blessed that we challenged our skepticism and had Ray come. His advice, patience, creativity with financing, EVERYTHING was nothing short of a miracle. We forecasted only being able to afford doing our flooring in pieces because we wanted high quality flooring and wanted to stay responsibly in budget. Ray being the guru fulfilled our dreams. He got us top of the line flooring, with herringbone tile, during a pandemic, with ABSOLUTE BEST INSTALLER ADAM, for our ENTIRE HOUSE, not just a portion. Flooring is a huge investment and it sets the precedence of your entire home decor, and comfort. It is necessary to go with a company who is going to exceed your best interest because flooring is a life sentence. You will be overwhelmed with satisfaction with Ray, LA Carpet CORONA, and Adam the installer. read more

My business experience with LA Carpet has been great! Look for Reza Yazdanfar the sales person. He is very professional, great guy and takes good care of his costumers. He is always ready to answer your concerns and always there to help! You will seldom find anywhere else someone who is like him. LA Carpet is very lucky to have this guy! Few months back, I had my floorings and bathroom done and I am very happy with the result. Few days ago, my bathroom glass broke which I have a warranty on it, I called Reza and he helped me right away and I got my bathroom glass repaired in an instant. Don't go anywhere else guys. Trust me! I've been to so many before and I have regrets! Go to LA Carpet in Corona and look for Reza. I've worked with LA Carpet over the course of almost 10 years. I've ordered and been satisfied with carpet, tile, wood laminate flooring and shower doors. Overall my experiences with customer service and the products themselves have been fine. My most recent purchase was in March 2019 of quartz countertops. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Less than a year from the completion of installation a large crack appeared coming from a seam where two slabs were connected. I called in April 2020 and was assured that because The guarantee of no cracks was not met they would replace the slab. Since April they have delivered the incorrect/not matching slab twice. Over the course of 5 months I've been assured "they're working it", "they're doing their best", and "they'll find it". I called our sales rep Ray, regional manager, and he has explained that "it's not his department" but he'll give them a call. I appreciate his effort but at this point I still have not received the replacement. Also, they had to remove a portion of the stone from my window seal, for matching, I hope it doesn't cause any further damage when and if it is replaced. I would not recommend LA Carpet to any of my friends or family in the future. Sadly, this experience has brought our working relationship to a close. read more

Horrible horrible horrible or should I say horrible. I was Remodelling my entire house and I couldn't have worked with a better company. They did my kitchen cabinets and floor for the whole house and everything was seamless. We used LA Carpet in our last home. We had an awesome experience with Ray. So obviously when we bought our new house we decided to use them again. When we went to the show room we worked with Ana. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen remodel. We also got new floors throughout our house. The guys who did the work were top notch. Very professional and they have such a great work ethic. My kitchen is literally flawless and I am very OCD about it. Hahah. There were 3 different teams of people that did the work and all were so good. They were friendly and answered all of my questions professionally. We couldn't be happier with our experience with LA Carpet Corona. Also Ana from the showroom were quick to respond to questions which made us very comfortable and Roy was very helpful during our original estimate and very professional. We would highly recommend them. What a great experience. read more

I bought during the 50% off sale and Ray did a great job helping me pick out carpet and flooring. The installers did a beautiful job.

We Highly recommend LA carpet. We went to the store in Corona and was greeted by Reza Yazdanfar. Very helpful and came out to our home that same evening. We placed our order for floor throughout my home and carpet in our bedrooms. Within a few days our floor was installed. The installers were very polite and professional! They did a great job they were very tidy they put all the furniture back in place for us. A few days later we had the carpets installed in our bedrooms again the installers were very professional and polite, very helpful in making sure all the furniture was put exactly where I needed it and made it easy for me to hook up my TVs. Good prices. Quick scheduling. Nice work!

I have been wanting to get my floors done for years so I did my research and got 3 estimates for luxury vinyl. Ray came to give us a free in-home estimate. My husband and I had a price in mind and Ray did his best to make that happen. Ray told us our floors would be done in 5-7 days. Adam, our installer, arrived on a Friday and he said he'd be done the next day. The next day!?! My husband and I were shocked at how quick the work was done. There were minor things that needed to be completed after the installation and that was done in a timely manner as well. We are beyond pleased with the service from beginning to end. I absolutely love my new floors. I highly recommend LA Carpet to anyone looking to get their floors done. Thank you, Ray! read more

Ray came out to give us an estimate and we couldn't have been any happier... Very down to earth and he treated us like family. I have never been treated so well. We were very pleased with the service we received from Ray and Anna at the Corona store. They bent over backwards to help and assist even though there was a couple hiccups in all of the things that we had them do. They would immediately get on the phone and try and take care of whatever problems that would arise. We raised floors to make it level and installed wood floors and had carpet installed as well. They went above and beyond to each and every process of the remodel. If you ever need a team they are the best. read more

At first I was very pleased with the price that they offered me and I agreed to move forward with it. When it came time for my install I was delayed 2 days then again another day. I get it construction you can not keep the schedule sometimes, but here it is now January and still waiting for them to finish my kitchen. We started last week of October. I had to call Joaquin to come to look at my kitchen as there was all kinds of nail holes in the crown molding that were not fixed, cabinets were not straight in some areas.... I know it is cosmetic items, but for the price it should have been turn key. I am still now 2 weeks into new year and waiting for cosmetic items to be addressed..... not happy with service and I would not recommend them to anyone because of the customer service is poor. read more

I bought hardwood flooring from LA Carpet. When I received the bull nose for the stairs it was badly damaged. I called Ray and he told me to pound sand he would not do any thing for me. This company is horrible. Don't fall for Rays lies. I paid 16k for a kitchen remodel and it was a horrible experience, the material of the cabinets is cheap as well. Keep that in mind ! You're better off paying for real custom cabinets someplace else. They didn't even leave my kitchen up to code like I was promised and I'm still waiting over a month for the guy to come back to fix that. He won't fix his mistakes. Beware of this company !!! By the way a professional company doesn't bring kids to a job. Don't go through them only cause of the no interest for 5 years. It's not worth it !!! read more

STOP - your searching! This is review will be broken into three parts. 1- selection 2- install 3- finished work 1- L A carpet has everything you can think of regarding flooring. You will find what you are looking for. 2- once we made the purchase your scheduled the install. They said it was going to be a 2 day install but this crew of two workers banged the project out in 1 long day. They started about 9am and were finished about 10pm. Yep only one day. FYI I had about 600sq ft of flooring installed. 3- the finished work is great! I will be coming back to L A Carpet for more work. So why a 4 star vs a 5 star. Simple once your flooring is done you need to call customer service so they can send out a crew to tack down the edges of the carpets. Not a big deal but that does require someone to be home so the work can be completed. read more

We recently contracted with LA Carpet for replacement of our kitchen cabinets and countertops. Ray was on time to the initial appointment and thorough in his explanation what to expect should we choose them to perform the work. He was quick, energetic, and polite through the sales pitch and we ultimately went with LA Carpet due to the lower price point, zero percent financing, and his salesmanship. We weren't able to start right away and postponed the job until we could return from Vacation. We also had some material changes after the initial design that Ana at the Corona Store helped us with. She was kind and accommodating of all of our questions and helped us select from a very wide amount of options. The job started exactly the date I was informed that it would. Contractors were present daily for six days from start to finish. Each of the contractors sent were polite and worked diligently throughout each day to complete the work. Jose, Juan, his son Juan, and the countertop contractors did their best to keep the place clean throughout the job. I had a couple of minor concerns as the job was progressing, but Jose was quick to correct these issues to make me feel more comfortable with the completeness of the work. Juan Junion was especially concerned with making the job perfect and stayed late on the final day to make sure everything was aligned correctly. Ray was available day and night to speak with if anything came up. The only dissatisfaction we had with the job involved design. We installed drawers in one corner and neither my wife and I, nor the designer recognized that the drawers would not open once the drawer knobs were installed. The installer, also, did not say anything. We didn't notice until the job was completed at which time it was too late to change anything. We will have to purchase and install different hardware to remedy this situation. Look out for this when you're designing your kitchen! Otherwise, we would absolutely use LA Carpet again for a job of this kind. In fact, we may soon be contacting Ray regarding some carpet replacement and potential bathroom remodeling. Thank you LA Carpet for our beautiful kitchen! read more

We ordered and had installed tile, granite and laminate flooring. Hadi was our salesperson and he was patient and accommodating throughout the selection process for all three items. He even made several trips back and forth to our home so that we may see how the samples we chose looked like with our furniture and he also met with us on the floor room to help select our laminate flooring. I am very picky but hadi was very patient! The granite installers did an okay job. All in one day - at the end we weren't willing to sign the contract saying the job was complete because of how the granite on our raised countertop turned out looking. But they went ahead and redid the job on the spot that same night. They did come back at my request to seal the edges better on a different day. The tile installers were good. Very meticulous and we were happy with the end product except for the metal transition plating from tile to carpet in our bathroom - but we were told that the best they do. However the installation took 2-3 days longer than what were told it would take. We had already taken time off of work and now we had to take more time off for the additional days. And we were told they had run out of material and didn't bring the baseboards to finish the job so it might take an additional day on top of that! However, the head tile installer I think he's name was Adrian - made a way for everything to finish on time and we were relieved to finally have that tile installation completed. Two months later we had the laminate flooring installed in the rest of the house. Nick and Fred were great! They came early and worked straight through until 5 pm only taking a short break for lunch. In three days the remainder of the house was complete and it looked good. We were very happy with the flooring we chose and Nick and Fred did a great job. Overall, minus the little stressors with the tile issue and the granite, we were pleased with our decision to go with la carpet. Hadi our salesman was great and installation of our products turned out nice. read more

I am so glad I called LA Carpet. I called and set up an in home free estimate. Ray was the sales person who came to do the estimate.
