I ordered the 12 oz. ribeye, a baked potato and a salad. My associate had the Texas T-bone, a salad and some asparagus spears. Both our steaks were cooked as ordered and we both enjoyed them immensely. Mine was so good it did not need steak sauce. I did ask for some extra butter for my potato, and it was promptly brought to the table. The salad was very good, as was the potato (I can get those elsewhere, and for less), but the star of the show was the steak. While their desserts sounded delectable, after my meal I couldn't eat another bite. Prices are on the high side, but this is not fast food, and the service and ambience were excellent. I recommend Saltgrass for a business meal. A romantic date or other special occasion.
