For our appetizer, we ordered the Bruschetta al Tartufo (Left Picture), with roasted bread from Naples and a truffle tapenade. When you arrive, you get an electronic tap card and go to various stations to get the food you want (salad, pizza, pasta, dessert/bar). The food is then prepared when you order at the counter, and you tap the card so it records your tab. When you leave, they scan the card and you pay for everything you ordered.
