Top- BBQ Chicken bottom- vodka eggplant

I was working in the area today and decided to stop on for a bite to eat. I've been to the Coram location, but it's been a while! Upon walking in I saw so many different types of pizza to chose from. I had to scale the display case a few times to decide what I wanted. So many choices!! I settled with a vodka eggplant slice and a bbq chicken slice. The vodka eggplant slice was so delicious and definitely nothing I've ever had before. It was very unique and I really enjoyed it! The BBQ chicken slice was good as well! I had asked for both slices to be well-done and it was cooked to perfection! Service was great and served with a smile! I would definitely return for that vodka eggplant slice.

La Bistro hosted my son's baptism this weekend and in the past we held my daughter's communion there. They do such an amazing job and the food is phenomenal. My family was so excited to hear we were going back for the baby's baptism after the last event because they were looking forward to the food. We had a beautiful cozy back room and a true Italian Sunday, eating, drinking, and talking. It was completely relaxed, wonderful communication from the staff, beautifully presented, and at ease. The staff there are always so kind and I have truly grown to love going in and seeing their familiar faces. You can tell they care about the community and all the people and families. I really cannot recommend them enough

Great quick food. Lots of garlic in my chicken & broccoli Rabe square and also tried the cheese stuffed garlic knots. It was amazing!

    Grilled shrimp, chipotle wrap

I am so upset I ordered the grilled chipotle shrimp wrap and this is like the fourth time this happened to me. I told them no onions I cannot have onions and what did I have tons of onions

La Bistro had soooo many different slices. I wanted to try them all!! You name it. They have it on a slice. Great service also. We sat in the dining room which was very nice. Wish I had time to try more!!

it's time to sing LaBistro praises again. I reviewed first 5 years ago. It's even better now. Their pizza is AMAZING! Perfectly cooked every time. Their crispy crust is the best around with the panko bread crumbs on the bottom. The SWR area is not lacking in pizza/Italian choices. And they all are good. But La Bistro is a cut above. Their specialty pies are generously topped, priced well and bursting with flavor. We had the Rustica last night for the first time, and it won't be the last! Sicilian style topped with fresh mozzarella, fresh pesto, roasted peppers & tomatoes with balsamic reduction on top. My heavens, it was to die for! The crust was perfectly crisped, and one slice was so filling and satisfying. We also ordered a cheese pie, which consistently never disappoints! Another specialty pie you won't see in the menu, but you have to try if you like calamari is the Buffalo calamari pie. WOW! In addition, I have catered from here several times since my last review. The food is fantastic! We always get the penne ala vodka because everyone loves it. Chicken franchese always tender and delicious. Have ordered other trays and always very happy. If you order over a certain amount you get free tray of garlic knots. Those are fantastic too. Never greasy, always soft, crispy and melt in your mouth. We have dined in a few times as well. Small dining area in the back has table service. It's a little slow, but that's because the food here is so great, it's worth the wait every time. Carry out, dine in or catering from La Bistro, you will be happy. This place is great!

By far not my favorite pizza or the best out there, but definitely the best for a quick pizza fix in wading river.

Wow, we were seriously impressed. Parking was easy with plenty of space, the diner itself was spotless, and the interior was bright and welcoming. The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in, and we were seated right away with no wait. Edgar took care of us and was fantastic. He was super friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming (and yes, "took care of us" feels more accurate than "waited on us"). We started with two soups: beef barley and lentil. Both were absolutely delicious, comforting, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Of course, I had to try the mozzarella sticks, and they did not disappoint. Perfectly cooked, and the marinara sauce was thick, tasty, and not watery at all. For our entrees, we ordered the Philly cheesesteak melt and a beef/gyro panini. The portions were generous, and the flavor was even better than expected. Even when we were full halfway through, we still wanted to keep eating because they were just that good. We couldn't leave without dessert after walking past the display on the way in which showed so many options. We went with the chocolate layer cake, and holy moly. The slice was massive (looked like half a cake) and absolutely amazing. We couldn't finish it, probably should've skipped the fries , but it was hands down one of the best cakes we've had in a long time. Overall, an excellent diner experience from start to finish. We'll definitely be back and will likely become regulars. It's that good.

Ruggero's: A Taste of Heavenly Cavatelli…read more My wife and I recently returned to Ruggero's specifically so I could enjoy their homemade cavatelli in a Bolognese sauce. We started with the fried calamari, which were delicious. The service was a highlight of our visit. Our waitress was not only lovely and helpful but also ensured our drinks arrived promptly and with a smile. When I requested a plain marinara Bolognese, the accommodation was made without a problem, which speaks volumes about the kitchen's flexibility and the staff's dedication. Did I say that the service is excellent? The restaurant itself is large and clearly a popular venue--a wedding was hosted during our dinner, and the music was on the loud side. For those looking for value, the portion to price ratio here is great, a quality that extends to their lunch menu as well. Pro-Tip: If you're in the mood for pasta, consider going on a "Pasta Night" (Monday or Tuesday) for a good deal. Parking is available, though there is a short walk from the lot to the entrance. Ruggero's provides excellent service, great value, and fantastic pasta. I highly recommend it.

She must be a mom because she was super patient and intuitive of our needs. The meal itself, was great. Unfortunately, when we left I forgot my wireless headphones at our booth. We said our goodbyes to the MIL and drove a bit to a nearby gad station when I realized. I immediately called and was told that no one turned in any headphones. We drove back within five minutes and asked to check. No headphones. I asked if they had a camera and they directed me to the manager, Anthony, who also checked the booth, Lost & Found, and the office. No headphones. They took down my name and number, and said they would reach out if they were located. I think he should have checked their camera systems right then. Seriously speaking, it was either an employee or a patron - as a business owner, I'd want to be sure of which, because if you have a patron that regularly visits and cases people's belongings, I'd want to know so that I can refuse service to them. Conversely, if the perpetrator is an employee, that's even worse, because that means they have the audacity to steal while at work which means they'll steal right from under my nose. I don't like the idea of having to worry about leaving something at a business and not having it returned to me because the problem is coming from inside the house. I've never had this happen before. I'm wondering now, what would happen if I left my wallet or credit card? My headphones were on the seat of a booth, so they were not visible, but if someone that cleaned the table and seats noticed them, it would be easy to pocket without an issue. Crab Cake Salad was decent, although, do not like the honey mustard dressing - asked for ranch instead. Way better. Gourmet Mac w/Pulled Pork was really good. The cheese sauce was ok. The protein brought out the oomph...would taste better if the Mac could stand alone. Kid's Pizza - large serving. Our kid ate about half. Decent pizza. Club Sandwich - my MIL got this and liked it. It was a rather large serving.
