I mentioned I wanted round but after looking at the shapes posted on the wall I meant to get oval ok my mistake again I am paying for the service and didn't want it to be an inconvenience so the shape I kept. When it got to the french tip design I wanted it was an whole issue. She started with the pinky showed me the nail to see if it was the right thickness but I wanted it a little thinner and when I go to voice that to her it was huffing and puffing, eye rolling like I had just messed up her whole day because I wanted a thinner white tip and she had only did One Nail. Again I'm the one paying for the service. So I politely asked her to remove the french tip which again only the pinky was painted and to do another base coat. She gave a lot of theatrical treatment and was not professional at all telling me if she had an attitude I wouldn't be here like wow you're saying this cause I wanted a thinner french tip. It was a shocker because out of the 6 times I've been to her I never received that type of attitude. But I will be sharing with my 355k social media following to just have them beware and to come in with exactly what they want measurements, design, colors, length and correct shape if they sit in her chair because if you don't you'll receive a nasty attitude for a service YOU'RE PAYING FOR.

Tammi took the time to cut my toes carefully as I am very sensitive and made sure I was okay along the way. She also removed my dip polish done at another salon gently and put strengthener polish on my nails to give them a rest. I was impressed with her attention to detail. My friend said her manicure and pedicure was done well. We got the second tier pedicure and they took extra time to massage our feet and legs. They used new utensils with the service and had the plastic wrap in the pedicure basin which I always like to see for sanitary reasons. The salon itself and super clean and relaxing. They kept getting a lot of walk ins come in and instead of rushing through their clients they told folks they didn't have any more availability for the day and to come back Tuesday when they would reopen. This was impressive to see as they took the time with the clients already there. The cost was not too bad for the Cary area. I will definitely be back!

Instead of putting more soak on, she started filing the top of my nails with the electric file. I could tell she was filing through my natural nails. I asked her to stop. There was a language barrier, and she couldn't understand what I was saying. Another woman came over and they were talking in another language and laughing. For this I was charged $54 (including removal from toes). My nails are now blotchy, red in places, and sensitive. When I got home, I filed them much shorter, but I feel they destroyed the four nails she filed before I asked her to stop. What a horrible experience!
