This was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The technicians were extremely rude and openly talked about me in Vietnamese. Let's first off by saying that I came Wednesday June 25th 2015 around 2 o'clock to get a Mani Pedi and eyebrows done. there was a younger guy that did my feet that He did an excellent job but the older lady every time I come she shirt. I do not know her name. I think hair brownish orange, but she messed up my nails they were lifting the second day after I got them done. I called into the wrong salon to report that they did them wrong. I ended up coming Saturday and when I came in Saturday, the lady made a big fuss about me not having my receipt. I showed her my bank statement. I came out to my car looking for the receipt and then when I came back in the young lady, who did my nails was sitting right there acting very clueless like she didn't know that she did my nails. Not to mention, they the lifting of my nails by drilling off the lifting of my nails and putting a top I have never been to a nail salon that does that.I would recommend that you do not go to salon. They're nasty. They're unsanitary and they're using the same utensils on everybody. read more

My nails were ok, but my skin around my nails was cut multiple times. I also felt like my person was rushing that's why my skin was cut multiple time because he wasn't being careful at all and he had the most nastiest sounding cough ever. God forbid I have COVID. I also got a pedicure with my visit and my feet start itching like really bad when I was walking out of the nail shop. This visit made me not to ever get a pedicure at any nail salon that's how bad the itch was. Came here for a pedicure. Unlike most of the other reviews, i did not experience any of the employees being rude, but my pedicurist did cut me. He felt very sorry afterwards. But he did a great paint job on my nails. Based on everyone else's experience include my own - I most likely will not be back to this place. read more

The older Lady was unprofessional and nasty! Very rude and disrespectful! The store hours state that they close at 9 and I arrived at 8:30 for a polish change and she was rude and disrespectful. Just went in again to do my nails. I asked them to remove my acrylic nails so my natural nails can breathe again. I requested a gel color that was "natural" looking and the results are wonderful. They kept my natural nails slightly longer, but not too long where they would break. The gel color was a natural, light pink and it looks amazing! I love that I don't have to tell them too much to get the results I want! I don't think I've ever walked out and not like my nails (like I have in many other places). Great nail salon and the location (Triangle mall) makes it so convenient to go there. I would highly recommend this nail salon. Especially if you want nice looking nails at a great price (a lot more nail salons charge much more for the same services!), then definitely try them out. read more

Went here as treat from my husband...BAD DECISION. My nail technician sliced open my cuticle. A manicure should NOT draw blood but this one did.After putting a little antiseptic on it the technician assured me all was well..WRONG..my cuticle has gotten progressively worse and take a look at it currently a week later and the damage is still apparent. I called and informed them of this injury and they advised for me to come by so they could take a look. I did that and spoke with the manager Lin/Lynn looked at and basically downplayed the damage to the point where she refused to refund me $15 for the manicure. SOOO for $15 and perhaps a continuing long term customer who potentially could spend hundreds of dollars here this establishment lost me forever. This place is cheap and for a reason. It's the only reason I went there as long as I did. I just recently decided that it wasn't worth the quality they were giving me. The acrylic sets i got weren't horrible but they were always thick and whenever I'd come in for a fill in they'd barely file the nail down so it would just progressively get longer and thicker. And I don't know what top coat they use but it's absolute crap. This is what bothered me the most. Their top coat actually oxidizes. Within a week my nails will be much darker then when I first got them painted. And when the top coat eventually chipped off i could see the drastic difference between the two colors. I got one white manicure in the months I went there and it was yellow within days. Long story short: of you want a cheap manicure that only looks good for a few days, this is the place for you. read more

They should definitely consider a name change because this salon is far from professional. I literally stood at the door for 5 minutes waiting to be greeted and it wasn't until someone in back of the salon came out to notice me that I was finally asked to be serviced, which was done with a loud, rude heavy sigh. This place was SO skeevy. The nail techs were not very friendly, the tools were old and looked kinda dirty and the lady next to me had a visible fungus on her toe and her nail tech kept right on working with the files that they use on everyone else. I REALLY hope she disinfected/ threw that file out. I would not give this place another shot since I don't want my feet to shrivel up and fall off. YUCK. This is the worst place ever. I went in for a pedicure and immediately got helped by a man there. He told me to take a seat at a pedicure station. A lady right beside me working on someone else's pedicure asked what I was doing sitting there. Like what?? Obviously trying to get nail service at your business. She then rudely turned to her coworkers and said something in her native language. After that she continued to act rudely towards me and watched me as my nails were drying. I am literally in my car writing this. I simply wanted a gel polish removal and a manicure. The nail tech was VERY rude and blatantly rushed me through the service. He proceeded to speak about my decision to only get regular clear to the other employees in another language. I recognized him saying the words "regular polish" mid sentence as if he needed to announce it to the shop. He was very unfriendly and did not once care to take his time. This shop is appalling. I paid $25 for bad service when all I wanted was a basic manicure. This is not how customers should be treated in the least bit. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. I would give this zero stars if I could, but since I can't it gets 1. I went in for a normal acrylic set, first they didn't let me pick my nail color before starting the process, which became an issue when I went to look for a color and they didn't have the one I was looking for even though they originally said they did before she started doing my nails. Then while she was doing my nails she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing and ended up cutting me, plus quite a few of my nails aren't straight. One of them is pretty round on one side and 100% square on the other side. Then when I went to actually pick my color the one I had asked about wasn't there and i had to end up just getting a clear coat, which she didn't even fully cover all of my nails with it. I would never go back to this place to get my nails done. read more

I found this place 6 years ago and have gone to the same girl ever since. She is perfect at doing nails, they always look amazing and she is always happy and friendly. I also always have her wax my eyebrows and they are always beautiful and she is very clean and thorough/detailed! Her name is Lynn 2 (because there are 2 of them) she is wonderful, and I definitely recommend her! :) please go see her or her sister Lynn 1! :) read more
