I've dealt with LDL for 15 years, and I love them. Always been given the correct solution to whatever problem I had. There have been times they could have taken advantage of me and oversold me, but they haven't. Try this cheaper alternative first they say, if it doesn't work you'll have to go for a new one. Called in the beginning of June to get service on a pool. Have called weekly since to find out the status of the service. Have been told every time that we are on the list. Called again today only to be told that unless we are buying chemicals from them they won't service the pool. VERY unprofessional considering we have now been waiting 6 weeks. read more

I've been purchasing all my commercial pool supplies and equipment including pool pump motors, seals and impellers, parts for filter tanks, etc. from L D L pools for years. The owners are very knowledgeable with commercial pools and if there is a problem with your pool they are very helpful in figuring out the problem. The owners and their staff are very courteous and helpful. Always willing to load your chemicals in your vehicle for you. A well rounded pool supply store with advise, knowledge and chemicals to meet all your needs. The ice cream on the other side of the building is worth every penny too. Two weeks ago I bought an inflatable pillow that goes underneath the winter pool cover. Last week I closed up the pool, inflating the pillow only 3/4 full as per their directions, and put it under the cover. One week later the pillow was almost completely deflated. Went back to exchange it. Because they charge an additional 3.5% for credit card purchases, I had paid cash, and had recycled the receipt. Instead of exchanging the bad one for exactly the same thing, they expected me to pay for a new one. I have spent my last dollar there, and will gladly tell anyone else who asks me to not go there. read more

This place is awful. Possibly the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. After going to LDL to inquire about a replacement pool liner, they told me it'd be about three weeks before they could install. No problem, considering it was early in the season and they were likely very busy. They came out to measure about two days later. The problem is, this is the last I ever heard from them. Never received a call back. I went there twice, both times they told me the guys who does the installs wasn't in and he'd call me back. I also called twice, both times they said they'd call me back. I eventually gave up and went somewhere else. Don't waist your time with LDL, they are awful. read more
