The main benefit of that being I didn't have to decide what I was having for lunch. This was the choice. I like mediterranean because it tends to be slightly healthier than some other options. This place is right up my alley because of the vegetarian leaning options on the menu, which is another benefit of this particular cuisine. Having said that, there were quite a few choices for me. They have bowls, salads, soup, sandwiches, platters, I mean, it's endless. I was planning on taco bell for dinner so had to compensate somewhat with lunch and decided to build a salad. I did greens, their mix of rice and lentils, cauliflower, cabbage, pickles, hummus, hot sauce. I am not a big fan of spring mix and I wonder if maybe something hot caused the greens to wilt but they were way too wilty for me. That was not particularly appetizing but everything else was really tasty. The hummus, especially, holy shit. I could eat that with a spoon. Two of my colleagues got the jersualem falafel sandwich and raved about it. I tried some of their fries and that seasoning is a game changer. I also got the garlic dip (to eat at home, later, don't worry). I couldn't tell you what that substance is and idk if I even want to know but it is whipped lusciousness. I am also genuinely curious to know how much garlic they put in there because it literally BURNS. No concern for vampires for quite a while. Very tasty, would definitely order again.

I'd go here weekly if I lived nearby. Such an incredible Israeli spot! So healthy and good. The…read moresabich pita sandwich is unreal!!! Even has potato in it and (insider tip) it's amazing for digestion if ya know what I mean. The hummus is also good, though a little heavy on the cumin, but that sabich sandwich is incredible. Extra good with the green sauce they give you. Coming back for more sandwiches and to try their baklava and homemade lemonade which also looked great. 5 stars!!!!

Place your order at the counter, then have a seat at one of the handful of tables in the dining area adjacent to the open kitchen while your food is prepared to order. The menu is very simple with your choice of freshly made-to-order falafel, hummus, or roasted vegetables (as well as various iterations of those three options) served either as a sandwich in a pita or as a platter. On our recent visit for a late lunch, I opted for the falafel pita sandwich ($12), a generous portion of freshly made falafel served with tahini, and cucumber, tomato, cabbage, and onion with sumac, which was excellent! My dining companion went with the hummus pita sandwich ($11), a generous serving of freshly made hummus as well as cucumber, tomato, cabbage, and onion with sumac, which she really enjoyed a lot. Bonus points for the hot sauce (with freshly-made mild, medium, and hot selections) and pickle bar available to patrons no matter whether they grab one of the handful of small tables to enjoy their meal in-house or take their orders to enjoy elsewhere. Portions are generous and the freshness of the ingredients was obvious. Both of us really enjoyed our meals and we'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. PRO TIP #1: Aba's doesn't have a private parking lot, but there is plenty of on-street parking on East Market Street. If you can't find a spot on the street, the Rhinebeck Municipal Parking lot (@ 61 East Market Street) is just across the street from Aba's.

Was up in the neighborhood and it was near lunch time, so why not?…read more The staff at the Premier Medical building recommended it. It was a good choice. There's free parking, easy access, full bar with top shelf spirits, reasonable prices, catering, and a clean and inviting atmosphere. Tried the traditional Gyro; about equal amounts of vegetables and meat on a soft warm Kontos pita. Filling and satisfying. The staff is professional and cordial. Next time I'm up here I'll try something else on the menu.

You guys rate well on both platforms, why the smoke and mirrors? You have nothing to hide from! I ordered the grill trio (Mashawai platter), a huge order of seasoned lamb, cubed spicy chicken, and kufta kabab, peppered with delightful seasoned French fries. You can also get basmati rice or fattoush salad, but man, those fries are dynamite. And a huge portion size! Would easily feed two! I also ordered the falafel sandwich, "the works!" This amalgam of tastiness that includes tahini, pickles, parsley, lettuce, tomato, onions, hummus, and hot sauce. A delightful smorgasbord of flavors. The outer wrap was grilled perfectly. Outside of their Doordash identity, this place also offers: hummus dishes, tabbouleh, labnah. Soups: lentil, fattoush. Multiple sandwiches: beef kofta, falafel, lamb, gyro. Veggie platers, beef and chicken shawarma platters. Salads: greek, Arabic, falafel, yum yum, fattoush, tabbouleh. Hudson Valley Falafel. Falafel Town. In person. Delivery. I know this place is top notch. I hope they merge their identities soon.
