They were kind enough to make me a new one after seeing that I was picking at the wrap and the cook explained that chicken breast in the kebab is usually dry. Funny - it wasn't this dry the many times I've had it before. The kebab also lacked the flavor and spice that it had previously. The wrap itself was also thin, dry and unpleasant. They used to use a flour wrap which I think they changed to something akin to cardboard. The scwafel wrap was also very dry. The seating area is small but the workers are very nice and keep it relatively clean. Prices have crept up, as they have everywhere. Given the decline in taste and quality and increase in price, I cannot justify going back to Layla's. The end of an era. I wish they would bring the previous owners/or at least teach the new crew how to make a proper kebab.
