Hi I was there on Friday 9/12/2025. I got gel nails done by Gina $55.00. She is the sweetest and explains everything she does. I picked a pale pink color and I did like it until I went out side and got home. I didn't like the color. I came back on Monday 9/15 morning for a nail color change. They are so rude and this place is the worst nails I have had. They are so thick! They honestly in person look like my four year old did them. She also poured alcohol all over my fingers when they were done, and didn't have my wash it off or put lotion on me so my fingers were so dry. She didn't speak any English and was rude. Had my nails done there by the gentleman in the second table to the left, showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails. He painted them yellow and sent me on my way with lumpy nails, no design that I wanted, and there was no acrylic on the sides of my nail beds. I was annoyed so I went back and had Gina fix them. She did a nice job but when I told her he didn't put acrylic all the way down my nail beds she said that's because u have "wide nail like man" "he try to make your nail cute not like man nails. Ughhhh talk about annoyed! I will say they did offer a drink and were very welcoming the first time I went but that doesn't always count if your nails are lumpy, streaky, and not shaped properly! read more

LB Nails is the top rated nail salon in it's area. It has been around for a very long time. They do great business with proffessional service. They offer great prices and quality service. They are upmost respected by the natives. We have been going there forgever. I travel from 16 miles away to get my nails done there preferrably. In my experience I have had clean well kept manicures that impress my family and friends. They offer help with color and design. They are very on trend and very real. I enjoy going there and will continue to go there when I need a perk. They are very caring people. They also give people chance to work there and learn good job skills. I just wanted white gel polish, when she was "done" you could still see through then and all the streaks. There most definitely was not enough nail polish on my nails, they were really uneven and started to come off after the second day of having them done. read more

I used to go here regularly for years and had no complaints until today. I got a gel manicure done. Instead of having me soak off my previous gel manicure, she used the machine to file off layers of my already thin nails. I chose a gray holographic type of gel nail color, and she put a navy blue color on. You can see the stroke marks, my whole natural nail was not covered my the polish and my nails feel flimsy like I have regular polish on. They did not inform me prior to starting my service that the new color would be an extra charge. I will never go back again. read more

I am very disappointed with the service or lack there of that i received. my appointment was at 1pm and i picked my color and showed the nail tech my design. After 5 minutes i was taken back and they filed off my old polish and cut down my nails ( leaving them jagged) i was told to wait until the nail tech was done with another client. i waited 50 minutes until the other nail tech started my nails. (i would of left if my nails weren't jagged and rough because the wait was ridiculous) the nail tech was very rough and careless with my nails, they physically hurt and are sore. she kept complaining that i wasn't holding my hand right and would push and pull my hand around. Around 2:15 she told me to go to another nail tech across the room to get my nails painted. As i sat there waiting the two nail techs argued in a different language, yelling across the salon at each other, to the point that another customer asked the one nail tech if she was okay and if she should leave and come back because she didn't want her to do her nails when she was mad. I chose to not get the design i wanted because of how long i was already there. my nails ended up lumpy and uneven. They were $40 which isn't a bad price normally but for the horrible service and carelessness it wasn't worth it. needless to say for the first time ever i didn't tip because of how horrible my experience was. definitely wouldn't recommend or ever go back. read more

I am a regular client at LB Nails. They always do a great job for me. To anyone else reading the bad reviews I just wanted to clue you in on something. These are not legitimate reviews from real clients. They are made up by the owner of Kaycee nails across the street from LB nails. They have both been in business for many years now and until the newest owner of Kaycee took over they both worked peacefully and did not make up lies about each other. I have been to Kaycee nails just once. The only reason I went there is because I needed them done that day and LB Nails was to busy to get me in . What does that tell you. Kaycee had no one else when I went there. Also a friend of mine use to go to Kaycee nails regularly until she started getting a fungus under her nails. The advantage Kaycee nails has over LB is the owner is more computer literate and knows how to post those awful things. I think it is a sad shame that Kaycee nails has to resort to these lies to get clients. DON'T BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT LB NAILS. Also, Kaycee nails will post that LB is closed. 2 weeks ago I went and wanted to get my nails done, so I went in picked out my 3 colors I wanted on my nails. Then when she had the fake nails on she went to cut them but didn't ask me how long or how short. I told her to stop and I said I wanted them long. She looked at me and told me NO! then while I sat there and pulled my hands back she gave in and made them a medium length...still not the length I wanted them to be. After that I had sparkles picked out that I WANTED on my nails and without asking she gets up walks over to the rack puts mine back and picks out another to put on. After this experience I will never go back there again, there are so god damn rude! read more
