I just had my first laser session at Milan Laser hair removal in Allentown and this has been a long…read moreoverdue commitment I made myself that I finally took a leap and went for. Let me start by saying the moment I contacted them for an inquiry they replied immediately via the chat option and even made the appointment for me, told me who I'd meet with and assured me they would go over everything in great detail. I met with Kathryn and she greeted me offered me water gave me a tour and sat me down and went over the company, the philosophy behind Milan laser and addressed all of my concerns. Not once did I feel like she was pushing me or selling me, she wanted to make sure I felt comfortable knowing how personal this has been for me. I have PCOS which caused excess hair growth for me since I was in my early 20s and it's been so embarrassing and frustrating for me I kept putting it off and off and it was the fear of the unknown that really stopped me. Kathryn and the team here put me at ease. When I was ready to commit they even offered easy and affordable financing options so it's completely affordable! I even got multiple areas. I am driving from New Jersey just to come here and I know it's an investment so the place I go to has to be perfect or as perfect as can be to my standards. And because hair growth varies there's a lifetime guarantee that is hair ever grew back they'd laser it at no additional cost! That was definitely a big reason I went with them too! Day 1 and it was like a quick snap I didn't think I could bear any pain and it wasn't painful. I couldn't believe how fast it was and I'm excited for this journey. I whole heartedly recommend Milan laser. They are professional, owned by medical doctors and laser treatment by registered nurses. It puts my heart at ease knowing I'm in such good hands. Thank you Milan Laser for your service and making this a reality for me. October 2021 update - my results are incredible!! I even took advantage of a promo and added my full legs- this place is the real deal and worth the drive and time for the beautiful results that I have received. My self confidence is so much higher and I couldn't have done it without them. I love the entire staff!!! We are all worth investing in and doing what makes us feel good! Thank you Milan laser!!

The staff from entry to exit was very nice and tentative. I loved that Robert explained the service steps from start to finish beforehand along with product knowledge. He also shows you the equipment/tools that will be used so you know it is sterile and/or first and only use will be on you (this is definitely a plus for people like me)! I HIGHLY recommend this service and will be going back for this and other services in the near future! And did I mention Robert is absolutely a humorous sweetheart!
