During the intake process, it was super apparent that Julie wanted to understand how to best approach my treatment. She asked me what my goals were by the end of the facial, & I had answered that I wanted to better understand my skin in general, and I wanted to feel relaxed during my time there. Julie made sure both of those objectives were met! Long story short, I'm leaving for vacation and my girl wasn't available so I came here and asked for a recommendation for someone to do my brows. What I got was a mess! When I saw the one brow I immediately told the girl that I usually don't take that much off and she, visibly seeing I wasn't happy, said my eyebrow was already messed up (it wasn't). The wax felt fine going on and I do not have sensitive skin but there is some kind of stinging welt beneath the eyebrow that got messed up. Nothing could be done so I didn't say anything more and I left. I called the owner 15 minutes later because I was too upset after looking at my brows in the car and she said I would be offered a refund and to go to someone named Lidia next time. She called me back a couple hours later and she said she talked to the girl and the girl explained everything she did to me during my session. I don't know how that's relevant. Explaining what you did doesn't make me like the outcome. The owner said the girl who did my brows "does them all day" and that "no one has ever complained". That was the end of the conversation. I didn't receive a refund and I will not be going back. The proof is in the pictures.

She has many years of experience and gave me great breathing techniques to get through those moments (ladies you know what I'm talking about!!) she was really easy to talk through and even asked about my prior experience. This is the first time in a long time where my Brazilian was tolerable and I attribute that to the soft wax but also my waxer. I have heard from former employees that management treats them poorly, messes with their schedule and has no respect for keeping customers aligned with the person who you have established a relationship with. To me this demonstrates a disregard both of their employees and their customers. I understand that businesses can choose to make decisions based on a variety of factors. I am not writing this review based on their decision. I am writing this review based on their handling of their decision, which, in my opinion could not have more poorly. Before all of this, I was happy with the establishment for years. i'm sure there are good people that work there who provide great service. "No problem," they said, "You'll definitely be out by then. 2:30 pm came and went, and finally at 2:45 pm I got up to leave. "I have to go," I told the front desk person. Each time I am finished with a service I get a hard time about my certificates . I was told that I should have informed the staff that I have old and new certificates. The staff is in front of the computer . How do I know which ones they are using. On top of the fact , the amount used to purchase the certificates don't expire , as per the law! You and your staff have argued with me about this. Last time I was told one certificate had $60 something dollars on it but your staff said that must be a mistake because it says I was only owed lunch in a package . Which is it , lunch or $60 . This is unacceptable. Now that I write bad reviews everywhere, now you want to give me the gift certificate value. This shows everything about you and your company to me and to your potential customers.
