I love Joe! The first time I went here I was super nervous because I had never been/used waxing before but Joe answered everyone of my numerous questions. She helped make me feel comfortable even before I walked through the door. Joe is very accommodating schedule wise and is always able to help squeak me in. Her 'studio' is clean and welcoming. The set up is conducive for relaxation. The private 'studio' is in-home setting meaning no sitting in a waiting room trying to avoid eye contact with other strangers; for me this is a definite plus! The Beautiful Waxing Boutique is the only place I will go to! read more

(I have only visted the older location, so my pictures are from there. I look forward to trying the new location this year :) 4/27/15 update) reviews for this place are spot on! You can request appointments online, or call. (I like that receipts/confirmations are emailed vs printed) *Green initiatives are a plus The boutique is small, clean and modern. It's a very cozy place and she has great new client specials. The owner is very kind and professional. The service.......I had the half & half and this was the most painless waxing service I ever experienced. I was so shocked. It was quick too. This is one of those places that if you move away from the area, you would drive back just for the excellent service. 8/18 - came here again and had the same great service! It's cool because the person who had an appointment before mine was getting married! This is such a comfy boutique :) read more

Visited BWB at its new beautiful location in Pennington just before the shut down and can't wait to return when they open. I give the place and Sondra five stars for all categories including professionalism, cleanliness, minimal pain, and fair prices. read more

Great quiet Spa/Salon. The services was excellent. Shonda was AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable. She was in a great positive mood she's very sweet & not only that she did a great job with my brows. She kept them thick & put more shape into them. She took her time and made sure my eyebrows came out perfect. Prices are just a little high. But it's worth it. Will be coming back. read more

Beautiful Waxing Boutique - Waxing Near Me - Pennington, New Jersey

I got my first Brazilian wax today for my wedding this weekend, and it was a great experience! First time customers are given 50% off their first service, a great deal considering how pricey waxing can be. I was extremely nervous, especially as a full-figured woman, that I might be judged for my size-- this was not the case at all. From the moment I walked in, Joelle was so friendly and accommodating that my nerves all but disappeared. The service at Beautiful Waxing Boutique is friendly, professional, and (almost) painless! I will most certainly be back. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I moved to the Central New Jersey area this past winter and was nervous about finding a new place for my regular waxing. I went here for my first time about six months ago and have been going back ever since. It is a very clean salon and with great services and pricing. I highly recommend Beautiful Waxing Boutique to anyone looking for a great wax! read more

This place is fantastic - the best waxer I've found in the Princeton area. Ok, its a little out of Princeton, but totally worth the drive. I've tried bikini, leg, and underarm so am commenting on those services. The owner is professional, friendly, and very good at what she does. They offer two types of wax (one is sugar), both high quality. If you've never tried sugar, please do. I found it much less harsh and painful and totally worth the extra $10. I will now be going here for all my waxing needs. It is not only much high quality than any service I've had in the posh Princeton salons but also much cheaper. read more

I've been coming here for about a year now and I am very picky about my eyebrows. I found this salon by doing a simple google search, since I'd recently moved to the area from north jersey, and I could not be happier! Amber is the best! She really takes her time and makes sure I'm satisfied every single time I come in for my appointment, which I really appreciate! She's also great to just chat with, and is so cheery just like me! If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars I would! For any of you out there who need a new waxing place, I highly recommend Beautiful Waxing Botique! Keep up the great work Amber and I'll see you soon!! read more

Moved to NJ a few months ago and was in desperate need for a bikini wax and brow fix. Great first experience! Joelle is very friendly and explains all services so you make the right choice. It's not too far off of the 295 and easy to get to. Definitely recommend coming here, and I will be back! read more

Seriously wonderful and barely hurt. DO NOT GO TO EUROPEAN WAX CENTER!!! Save yourself the $ and time getting butchered and tortured at EWC. Go see Joelle instead!! I will never go anywhere else ever again except for BWB. She was intelligent, quick, efficient and friendly. That's all you can hope for during a wax appt. 5 stars across the board. :) read more

I had a very comfortable and pleasant experience with my Brazilian wax at Beautiful Waxing Boutique- Princeton. The boutique is very clean and peaceful and Nicole was efficient and thorough. When I am due for my next wax, I will definitely be back. read more

I have not received an eyebrow wax in over 15 years. I've recently located back to Princeton, NJ from Houston, TX and I swear by threading. This evening Amber changed my perspective! She was very thorough, she took her time, and I was not disappointed at all. I will be back in 3 weeks! Thanks Amber! read more

Beautiful Waxing Boutique - Amber - Waxing Near Me - Pennington, New Jersey

First time there and getting a Brazilian. Really good experience. Will def be back. Plus your 1st apt is 50% off. awesome.

I first came here last year on a Living Social deal for a Brazilian Wax. I was a little nervous but Joelle made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was also excited to find out that BWB specializes in Anastasia Brow Couture. I am very picky about my eyebrows and I would often travel to King of Prussia or Center City Philly to have the Anastasia service. I booked a brow appointment with Joelle and absolutely loved her technique. I am now a regular and get my brows down every 3 months. People often compliment the shape of my eyebrows and I do not hesitate to recommend them to try BWB. read more

I discovered BWB here on Yelp. Being in search of a new waxing place, I'm so glad to have gone here! The appointment process was simple and very accommodating. I arrived to lovely smiling faces and was taken right away. Top notch customer service! My appointment was with Amber. She led me to a very clean waxing room, made sure I was completely comfortable before we started. (I'm a pro...it had been a while but I knew what I was in for) I had "the whole shebang". And in all honesty...it was probably the most painless and efficient Brazilians I've ever had. Amber explained every step and gave me the most painless/pain free waxing I've ever had. The Yelp reviews and the awesome 50% off discount you receive for being a first time client brought me there. Even at the $45 regular price...totally worth it and I will be going back! read more

I just read the other reviewer and had to comment. I've been to this place twice and used my Groupon on the first visit. That is the reason I went in the first place, as they are about 25 minutes from my house. But for a $15 Brazilian, I will make the trip! They are a new business and the owner (Joelle, I think) was so nice! They are very clean and the ambiance is wonderful! I would've gone back anyway, even with the drive, as she was so much nicer than the folks at European Wax Center. But my girlfriend bought me the Living Social deal! So, both times I went, I used a coupon. They CANNOT be a fraud! I just called to make my first full price appointment and got the recording that they moved, so I'll update this after visiting their new location. They are definitely worth it! Go and see for yourself! read more

I read all of the reviews and have to say that I agree with every single one except for the very first post. I went to BWB when I came across it on Living Social. I used the deal about a few days before it expired and was extremely pleased with the business, its cleanliness, and its ambiance. Also, I was running a little late traveling from Pennsylvania and the owner, Joelle was extremely understanding. I've only had a Brazilian Wax one time years ago while I was a college student before I came to BWB and I have to say that although it is painful, Joelle made me feel so relaxed and truly cared for how I felt. I would highly recommend her shop and I plan to return again for my birthday which I just received an email for a 10% coupon. I just moved back to Ewing, NJ so this location is close and convenient and I won't have to go all the way up North Jersey (Hackensack) to get a great Brazilian Wax ever again! I'm giving BWB a 4 star rating only because my living social deal included a complimentary glass of wine and she ran out when I arrived for my appointment. However, Joelle promised that on my next appointment that she will provide me wine. I have to say these days it's hard to get great customer service and people who truly care for your needs and not just out to take your money and provide poor service. Joelle definitely received a tip from me on my first appointment because she is a true professional! read more

I've been a customer of EWC for 6 years and haven't been happy lately so I tried BWB and love the professional service that I received from Sunny! The salon is clean as a whistle which is extremely important to me as a hair stylist of 25 years- because of my experience I will be returning! read more

I walked in and was taken right away. My brows were waxed and it was gentle. She also let me know there is no double dipping and the wax was for sensitive skin. My eyebrows look great and they were not sensitive or red afterwards. My new eyebrow spot for sure! read more

Went there a few days ago to get The Whole Shebang (Brazilian bikini wax - everything off) for the first time and it was much better than expected and took only 20 minutes. Amber was awesome and we pretty much talked the whole time while she was waxing which made it more comfortable for a first timer. The pain is worth it because I'm still smooth as can be. Everything was very clean and sanitary, nice environment with mellow music and most importantly NO DOUBLE DIPPING! Definitely will be returning read more

Sondra was literally amazing. I don't even know where to begin. I was a first time client and came in for Brazilian sugaring and eyebrow wax. I haven't had a Brazilian since before quarantine so, needless to say, Sondra had her work cut out for her. The whole experience was virtually painless which is not what I expected given the growth of my hair during quarantine. She explained everything she was doing to make me feel comfortable and really took her time with me by doing small sections at a time. I've been to places that just rush you and do as much as they can at once and it's not pleasant. I live 40 minutes from Sondra and already have plans to come back here again. That should say a lot about the quality of her business. read more

I remember this place when it was just Joelle in a small house like building in Hamilton and the service was excellent back then too. I'm glad to see that her business has flourished into this impressive establishment. I received a Brazilian wax by Sunny and she was awesome! She made me comfortable through casual conversation and really took care in the quality of her work. read more

I LOVE this place. It is clean an beautiful. Bikini waxes can be painful and unpleasant, but my experience getting my bikini was at the Beautiful Waxing Boutique, was quick and while not pain free, very, very tolerable. I have been to other waxing places where I felt uptight because the shop was unclean. I feel so relaxed at this place, that I even like being waxed! Top NOTCH!!!! read more

This is not a scam. I redeemed my living social deal on June 15th. They did move locations and there are only two waxers there but I ended up getting stuck at work and Joelle was extremely receptive to my being late. She made me feel extremely comfortable for my first waxing experience and helped distract me from the discomfort. Joelle is super friendly and made the whole experience better. I am very glad I went there and I am extremely pleased with the results. read more

Extremely happy with this place. The wax that is used is VERY gentle on the skin and doesn't hurt as badly as waxes I've experienced at other places. Joelle is extremely nice and easy-going and works very efficiently. Also, being able to make the appointment online was very convenient. I am happy to say that I found my new waxing salon and will be happy to return. read more

This place is absolutely wonderful! I've been here twice now for the Whole She-Bang and they made it so easy. As a first timer, I was pretty nervous but they couldn't have been nicer; she explained everything she was doing, talked to me the whole time and was done within 20 minutes (including me using the bathroom & paying). All without making me feel rushed. I just left my second appointment a month later and it was just as easy except it was so much less painful! They are also super clean. I read a million reviews for different places before deciding to give them a try and I know I made the right choice. Love it here. read more

yeah, i dig it. you will too. thanks to good yelp reviews, i decided to give this place a try. first time in as long as i can remember that i didn't drive about an hour out to flemington, nj to go to my usual brazilian wax place... not gonna lie, i was a little apprehensive. joelle is super nice and friendly, and definitely made the experience as pleasant as it could've been. an appointment was super easy to make online, and confirmed relatively quickly via email. the new client deal on the brazilian ('the whole shebang' as it's called here) was awesome, and i added on a eyebrow couture shaping too. i'll probably skip this part in the future- not that different from my usual eyebrow wax, but almost 4x as expensive. between the brazilian and the brow wax, my appointment lasted just 30 minutes- talk about speedy (definitely not to be confused with rushed, though)! the location is hard to find- it's on edinburg road between Sovereign Bank and Grand Bank- there's a small building with a few signs, pull in there! beautiful waxing boutiqe is in the left corner of the driveway. inside is small but neat and clean- no complaints. hurts so good i'll be back :) read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The one star is for the one time I went and JOELLE was amazing. So I obviously decided to go back. But I did get a email about a new person joining the team. I never got a good vibe about her just on the phone just seems outright unfriendly. But I decided to go for an appointment anyway coz of a previous positive experience. I called to say I was 5 mins late and the new lady gave me an attitude. When I got there the door was locked. I knocked called and waited in the scorching heat for 25 minutes. There should be a sign if the door is meant to be locked. Needless to say it worked out good coz I googled and found an awesome place just down the street signed up for their package and had amazing experience. Good riddance to the NOT SO BEAUTIFUL waxing botique. Shame tho coz Joelle is awesome and her so called partner sucks read more

I've been a customer for about 18 months and can say this place is STILL awesome, STILL clean, STILL worth every penny. I've had a number of waxing mavens and all have been equally stellar. It's clear the owner (Joelle) loves what she does and treats her customers like longtime friends. If you want to support local business with budding entrepreneurs, this is a perfect place. Prices are so low compared to other full service salons, and literally zero pressure to upgrade your service, add on, etc. Fast and efficient and as painless as a wax can be. LOVE BWB! read more

This place gets five stars in my book. I was able to book an appointment with ease and with relatively short notice. Joelle's upbeat demeanor immediately puts you at ease and almost makes you forget that you are there for a Brazilian! The overall process took about ten minutes and was virtually painless. If you check in with yelp, you get 50% off your service, so I got the Brazilian done for $23! Can't go wrong. Highly recommended! read more

After spending five years trying various places for waxing in both Mercer and Somerset County I finally found a high quality waxing services so I don't have to keep going back to New York to get good work done. You have to give Beautiful Waxing Boutique a try, you will be more than pleased with the services and the professionalism. read more

This business is NOT a fraud as another reviewer mentioned. They have relocated recently and it may be that you were attempting to contact in the middle of this transition - but I also purchased the Groupon and was very pleased. Joelle made the whole experience very easy (since I had never gotten a Brazillian before). She is very professional and does a great job. You may want to give them another chance and use your Groupon. I think you will be pleased! read more

Yelp, oh how I Love you. Once again you point me in the right direction! BWB is so full of Win that I am almost mad I didn't know about this place sooner. I had an appointment today for a brazilian, eyebrow couture and underarm wax. Amber was my technician and she was excellent! Professional, fast and efficient. I have had ALOT I'd brazilian waxes in my day, but this was by far the best I've had. I will definitely be back and telling everyone I know about this place! read more

I highly recommend Beautiful Waxing for anyone looking for a bikini wax. Joelle is friendly and professional, not to mention efficient-I got a Brazilian last week and it was quick and easy. The prices are a steal, and the salon is cozy and clean. read more

I have to admit that I was nervous because I have had some bad Brazilian experiences, but I checked this place out because of the positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed! The owner was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was quick and much better than experiences I have had elsewhere. Plus, they use hypoallergenic wax, talc-free powder and all natural ointments. All things that make a big difference for my sensitive skin. Definitely worth checking out. I will stop by when I am in town again. read more

I have been coming here for years and highly recommend it to friends and colleagues. Joelle and Amber are the sweetest and use some amazing techniques that result in a quicker and more painless experience. I won't go anywhere else! read more

I can't give this place enough stars! Since I started going to BWB in 2012, I have been hooked and won't consider going to any other place. I was a newbie at the Brazilian waxing thing when I first discovered BWB, only having had a few experiences before, but immediately I felt a difference in their waxing technique in that it was much less painful yet very through and efficient. But what sets BWB apart is their customer service. You will always feel welcomed here by the entire staff that are all very genuine. I am a germa-phobe and the place is absolutely spotless.....sterile yet inviting. And to top it all off, the prices can't be beat! If you purchase one of their packages then you save even more, but they will never pressure you to buy anything. So all in all, I recommend this business to everyone! Thanks BWB for all that you do! read more

This was my first bikini waxing experience, and I have to say, Joelle made it as wonderful as it could possibly get. I was very nervous (about the pain) but Joelle was extremely friendly, talked to me the whole time, and made me feel very comfortable. It's very awkward getting this type if service done, but she was able to take most of the awkwardness away. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Thoroughly impressed. I will be back. read more

I refuse to go ANYWHERE other than Beautiful Waxing Boutique for my eyebrows! I have been going here since their old location, and their new Princeton location is even better. I swear by Joelle and Amber and would not trust my brows to anyone else- they don't butcher, they sculpt! Not only do they leave my eyebrows full and shapely, but they are the nicest people. I have also started getting other services here as well and will continue to do so. Appointments are super easy to schedule online as well, and I recommend doing so in advance as they fill up quickly! read more

Joelle is lovely! I had a great experience.
